Staff here are always so friendly and helpful. We have been twice to get our girls birthday bears and each time everyone was so sweet. Thank you!

I will tell you I had an AMAZING time getting a birthday bear for my grandchild. Then I had a heartfelt conversation with the ladies that were there. They have a wonderful temperament for th job they do. I applaud them!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Let these frontline workers know you appreciate what they are doing. They need to hear that they are valued just like the doctors, firefighters, EMTs, nurses and such.

The staff is friendly, helpful and ebullient. Got a baby yoda for my daughter and she loves it. Weve been coming here for years and they never disappoint.

My daughter loves build a bear and I appreciate their Covid-19 guidelines. Ensuring that a minimal amount of people are in the store at a given time, to the hug station where you leave the bear for stuffing.With the amount of customers you almost fell like you have a personal associate with you throughout the process.

It was just okay, very little inventory, they definitely are losing customers, the store was completely empty and that was sad. The company need to send them more inventory

I had never gone to build a bear and recently visited this build a bear on the 24th after a friend recommended a bear as gift. she explained the process and the corona restrictions such as the stand at the stuffing machine and the floor stickers around the store for social distancing. the girl at the front of the store also gave me a quick run down. the girl at the stuffing machine, brooklyn i think was not using the social distancing items placed around the stuffing machine. i really like the corona restrictions build a bear has because i do not like germs. brooklyn handed the bears to the guests and they were standing over the line. she ignored every guidline that i was told about. i did not get a bear because i did not want to break the rules how she was. i will not be back to this one do to this.

Wonderful experience! I’ve been going to this specific Build-A-Bear since I was 9 and they always amaze me with how kind they are. The employees are so sweet and patient and I’ve had some great conversations with most of them as I’ve gotten older(I’m 20 now). Weekdays seem to be better to go but if you do go on a Saturday or any time it’s busy please be patient and remember that you aren’t the only person in the universe. They’re doing the best they can. All in all a great store! Thank you so much for helping me get my How To Train Your Dragon stuff!

We have come here many times and always had a great experience! The employees are always friendly and helpful. They suggest items and always inform you of the deals, but are never pushy or follow you around and harass you. Theyre always right there if you need them, without hovering. My daughter has loved every visit not only because of what shes getting, but because the employees make sure she has a great experience.

I had a wonderful time today at Build-A-Bear Workshop! My daughter is turning 7 this week, so we went to get her first bear! The staff really made her feel special, and she had so much fun picking out all of the clothes and things for her Elsa! It was really sweet! I highly recommend this place!

Great service. I got a teddy bear and a bunny there with my girlfriend. The employees were nice and friendly. The plushies themselves were such great quality.

Came in the other day with my daughter and her friend. Staff appeared to be distracted and the girl at check out was sitting down and I saw her and other staff on their phones a lot. The check out girl was even video chatting on her phone! Half the staff was wearing their mask under their nose and were not keeping a six feet distance from each other or from guests when helping them with the little outfits or at check out. Disappointed and dismayed. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Great experience not just for kids but also adults. The whole process is exciting and the employees are so nice! My kid loved what she got and it was a decent price.

I have been bringing my nephew (8) and niece (3) to this store for almost 8 years. The staff is incredible. They all have grown to love the kids. They play together when we visit (even if we arent shopping) they ask about their grades, after school activities, and even how potty training is going. It says a lot about the people working in a toy store when the kids are more excited to visit the staff than about the toys themselves. We were very sad to lose Tish to the Raleigh store. We still have Brittany, Cece, Taylor and Morgan. And they always make our visits special. There are times we go to mall just to see them. The kids love them very much.

The workers were so caring and helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped us a lot. My five year old son had a blast there and we will definitely be getting more from here

My daughter and I love build a bear. I just wish they would offer an incentive when you have to bring a bear back to be re-stitched twice. Its always a fun experience for us though. We will be returning as always.

I wish I could remember the name of the employee. Today Thursday about 5 pm Nov 14th we 2019, took my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday and the lady who was there was amazing. my granddaughter does not like to see people hurt so when she sewed up the bear my granddaughter looked worried so she went above and beyond to make things all better. Great service awesome employee. Made all of our day. She was treated like royalty.

My first visit for my granddaughters 5th birthday. She picked a pink Unicorn with sparkly purple shoes and a dress to match. She really enjoyed the experience and the staff makes the process so much fun.

Went there to purchase a gift for my grandchild. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you have small children, I highly recommend this store. It allows the child to participate in the building of the plush toy.

Thrid time taking my daughter to Build-A-Bear since we had a pay your age ticket and always had a great experience. The empolyees are always friendly and nice! The place is always clean and organized!

Its overpriced for a stuffed animal, but its a cute place to take a kid for the afternoon and watch them have fun making and dressing their own friend. Maybe not something you do often, but definitely something to do at least once.

These ladies are amazing and this place is probably my kids favorite in all of Fayetteville. When our bears and BAB friends were soaked and damaged from Hurricane Michael in Fl. The store here took the time to do stuff all 8 of our BAB collection so we could wash them and then we had a restuffing party and the rips and holes repaired. Thank you so much BAB!!!

Stopped by to get my little guy a stuffed toothless we stood in the stuffer line for 30 minutes and he needed to use the restroom. We were next in line. The lady told us she could take him to the other side of the stuffer when we got back. We came back and the manager directed us to the end of the line after I had just waited 30 minutes! Needless to say we left. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on them!
