Pella installed 3 large 8ft double doors with side windows for our new built home. We absolutely love looking out but love having all the comfort of the inside. Pella did a great job on all fronts. We had our whole house done by Pella about 14 years ago. We wanted wood on the inside, aluminum on the outside and a specific look. They fit the bill. All these years later they still look and perform wonderfully. There was a hitch though. Two big awning windows didnt work, and when we tried to get them fixed right after installation it took quite awhile to get the installers back out (at the time they drove from SLC), they were clearly angry at having to come back, were rude, and worst of all refused fix them. Theres nothing worse for a company than a (now) retired person with a 14 year old grudge and low expectations. I fired myself up and called them to try again. They took all the fire out of me by being understanding, professional, getting repairmen out as soon as possible and FIXING the 14 year old problem at a discount. Im guessing it was a design flaw initially and theyd worked it out over the years because the repairmen could see the problem without even coming into the house. So even though we had that one problem with 2 windows, the fact that they acknowledged it and took care of us after all those years says a lot. I spend a lot of time in one of those rooms and cant tell you how thrilled I am to be able to work in there with the window open, finally.

I live in los angeles and I was looking to talk to a la representative. I called 4 days in a row and left messages, sometimes twice a day and never got a response. I called two different customer service numbers and finally i received the San diego location to call to get some pricing on windows, no answer. I call the AZ location and no answer. But when i called the AZ location and no one answerd i was transferred to the boise idaho location. I was so frustrated at this point but then Jules picked up the phone and zhe turned things around. She was high energy, super nice and courteous and helpful. Just talkin to her anr her energy made everything better. She transferred the call to Ryan to help me with pricing. He gave me all the details i needed which was super helpful. Jules and Ryan are just fantastic and the company should model their training after these two individuals!

The re-order and production process was a significant, unexpected delay. We have new Pella windows in our home we are building. We have a lot of windows and one window came without a grid it was suppose to have. The other issue we had is that the windows are hard to open, close and lock. We called and a technician Jesse came out. He was professional, friendly, and really listened to my husband and I and our concerns. He replaced the window without the grid. More importantly, he took time to explain to us what was going on with our windows, went around to each one and addressed the issues. I was worried we spent money on windows I was not going to like in the end and by the time he left I felt at ease. He told me I could go around to each window and see how it worked. He was patient, thorough, and let us know what to do now and after we move in. I feel at peace knowing that if we have any further issues, a Pella technician will make it right. Thank you Jesse. It was almost like he knew our house better than we did!Long story short... turns out we have Termites! So windows will have to wait while we take care of these incessant 6 legged parasitic devils eating our home. I moved to the Treasure Valley 2 years ago and purchased a fixer upper. Having replaced the windows in my previous home back in the Midwest with Pella Windows it was a no brainer on what product I was going to use here.After purchasing replacement Pella doors through a box store (Very pleased with product and install) I decided to contact the the local Pella rep, Brad Schmidt to get some info regarding windows that the box store seemed to be unable to answer.What I discovered was a level of service that is sadly becoming rare these days! Brad has been able to answer all my questions, he has been on top of all of my requests and maintained contact from the order placement through the delivery and install.

Did an outbuilding project on my property with Pella. Used Pella to add some pizzazz and match the style and Look of the existing Pella windows on my adjacent home.
