Stopped by for 75% off sale. The selection of body wash was limited and I did find some soap to purchase. Time to stock up for the year. This year to get the 75% off you needed to go into the store. Im glad for this on one hand and then.the people who dont feel comfortable will miss out. In the store all employees were wearing masks properly and some of the shoppers werent. Dont stay in the store long. Its confined and not sure about ventilation, shop early!

Beautifully decorated but a bit pricey. But 3 wick candles are on sale for $10 off. Not too shabby.

First off I am a huge fan of bath and body works and have been since I was 13. This store here is exceptional. Its always clean and stocked to perfection. The staff here is so sweet and so helpful.The store manager does a great job at keeping her store looking beautiful!!

One of the employee was very nice and answered my questions. When we went to check out, no one was there to check us out. Finally the other nice employee came to check us out. I would have given a 5 star otherwise. Love their products, Great Christmas gifts!

I always spend a lot of money at B&BW, I love the candles, soaps, everything, ESPECIALLY the fall and winter scents!! But as of yesterday I’m really disappointed... I went in to purchase candles, there was a sign out stating ALL (yes, ALL) 3-wick candles were $10. Naturally I loaded my basket up because I love B&BW!!... Only to be told that the sign should’ve been taken down the previous day, that the sale isn’t going on anymore, and that they would give me the sale price, BUT only on candles with a certain label design? I had the exact same scents in my basket, but since it wasn’t a certain design label on the candle they wouldn’t give me the sale (for something that was their mistake). Example, the candle in my basket had leaves on the label, the ones I was told I would receive the $10 on had a plaid design on the label). Note to self, next time make sure to ask if the sale is actually valid, and if ALL 3-wick candles means only with a certain decor on the label. Really disappointed...

The customer service and employees here are very rude. I was looking for a fragrance I get every year and the manager looked at me and said it was discontinued and that I need to get with the times. She was very rude and inappropriate.

Who doesnt love Bath & Body Works. I always walk in for a couple things & end up spending hours there and walking out with a bag full of goodies. For me, its like walking into another world i browse for hours and when I leave I get back to reality. LOL
