Perla Burciaga was promptly there to check me in when I pulled into the service line. She was efficient and offered a ride home, but not needed as my wife came to pick me up. Service was performed in a timely manor and when I picked up my vehicle I was very pleasantly surprised to see it was washed as we had just returned from a trip and the car was dirty.

Overall purchase experience at this dealer was good. It is hard to compare with past car purchases my family has made, due to the current necessary COVID protocols and limited inventory everywhere. Henry Nazemi and the other staff were friendly and responsive.

Honestly felt cheated out of my money. It wasnt until after I compared my receipt to a friend who got their service done for the same car for the same 10k miles that I paid WAY more then he did. Probably because I was a female and alone. I entrusted this place for the best care but of course business is business. Easy money for less than an hour and a poor job with the complementary wash. Just sprayed the car with water and didnt even bother wiping it dry. Windows were much dirtier than when I got there. Very disappointed with how they tripled the price. I recommended that friend based on my last visit to get his services done here. A lot of my other friends bought cars here not long after I did. Might as Well just warn all of them of the low key scam they pull on females for a basic service.

I started out to find a good used Leaf and one showed up at Dublin Nissan. Cesar Gonzales contacted my about one of your cars. My wife and I live in the southern part of San Jose, so it was a commitment of time, fuel, and traffic exasperation to get to Dublin. When we arrived, Cesar was immensely helpful in demonstrating differences between the various models of Leaf. I also wanted to check out the Chevy Bolt, and Cesar arranged for us to test drive one at another dealership. That test drive was instrumental in our decision to go with the Leaf. I decided that I wanted a Leaf SV Plus for the trim and the larger battery. I also decided that I would consider a new car so that I would have fewer worries about the battery life. Then Cesar called to say that he had a new SV Plus available, so I decided to go that route. When I went in to finalize the sale, I got to work with April, Sam, and Bob to complete the paperwork. I also got a cargo cover through your parts department before I left the dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Cesar followed up with a call to make sure that I was happy with the car. I do plan to take the car to your dealership for any needed service work.

We had an appointment and arrive 30 mins. early. Carlos was very helpful and assisted us so we can check in early. The one thing that we also really like about Dublin Nissan is they always rinse our car without us asking. They are very consistent on this and it is a really nice perk.

I called and was directed to the service department to schedule an appointment to have my oil change and tire rotation scheduled. There was great availability so i set time and received my car in less than 2 hours. Francisco was through with all the details and of great help in going over all the inspection findings. I usually give Nissans dealerships 1 or no reviews, because most service advisors tried to oversell me on things my car does not need or services.This time I want to congradulate Nissan for having a great service advisor Edward Leiske (Ed). He provided such great service. He was attentive, he listened, and explained prices in detail. He did not tried to oversell. He actually advised and gave me answers to my wants and needs. With his help, I learned I had remaining warranty on my vehicle and my cost was 0 dollars. I went in for a service recall which is always free. However, he was able to assist me with another car issue that was resolve at no cost because it was minor. I also received a free car wash. I am still waiting for my car parts to be replaced but they will call me next week. I was very happy with his service. Will recommend people to get advice from him only. 👏👏👏👏

I have a 2005 350Z and its had its original plate on it since 2006. I needed to change the plate but the screws werent coming out. A tech came out and tried multiple solutions but had to resort to cutting the screws off. They then provided me with new anchors and screws, all free of charge. Ill definitely be bringing my business back here!

These guys came through. They did what was necessary to make things right by the car, it was under warranty anyways, but this time around, it was white glove service. The person came to my house, took the car and delivered a fixed new car. Adam in service department is a true customer service professional. Brought in my wife’s car for some routine maintenance. The following day the engine splash shield and an inner fender well came off while my wife was driving on the freeway. Clearly, the mechanic did not reinstall properly. Brought the car back in and Adam took care of everything to make it right, and took care of the customer the way it should be. I will definitely be back. I recommend Dublin Nissan, be sure to ask for Adam!

My check engine light was on and I made the mistake of thinking this would be checked during my regular oil change maintenance. After picking up the car, I noticed it was on and nothing was mentioned to me. When I called to ask, I was told I have to let the service rep know, but I was also told I had to pay $200 for the diagnostic. When I told the service rep who took my call the car was under warranty, he said it did not matter.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Nissan went above and beyond to help me out and even fixed my trunk window hatch at no charge when they werent required to. My car drives great now because of the work they did on my steering and Ed, my service advisor, kept me informed the whole way through making sure all their work was covered by my warranty. I can honestly say that I felt Ed wanted nothing more than to help me and wasnt trying to push anything on me that wasnt necessary. I will be coming back for years to come because of the treatment Ed Leiske gave me alone!

Francisco in service is phenomenal, got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! He is so knowledgeable and professional! Even helped me save some money! Had a great experience buying a new Nissan. They had the car I wanted...fair prices...low pressure sales environment...fantastic and knowledgeable salesperson (thanks Sam)...and rest of staff were very helpful and responsive. I would recommend buying a car and having your service done there as well (which is what I did with my prior Nissan).

The service manager didn’t even bother to check if I am okay with certain things added. The attitude wasn’t great and edged towards rude at times. The customer service went for a toss and I ended up asking him if there was a change in the management. Had to wait for 40 minutes to pick up the car, after having made a Payment and reminding them twice.

I had a appointment at 10 am, I was there til 1:30 waiting on my routine service for my car. I lived in Tracy, so I had to just sit and wait. I wished I would have had a heads up. Later I looked online Tracy has a Nissan service/dealership. We are newly moved here I had no idea. I will be going to the Tracy location next time. The staff and Ed were all very nice and helpful. But half of my active day was gone .

I recently bought a 2017 Nissan Leaf from Dublin Nissan. The experience was superior to almost anything I have had in the past. I worked with Marcelo, and the 5 stars I give this review are genuinely not enough. Mercelo is truly trustworthy, and I think this is easily one of the most important factors people look for when buying a car. He went way above and beyond, not only from the perspective of selling me a car, but making the experience seamless and smooth. Marcelo and I vibed from the moment we met, and even though Ive had dealt with great salespeople before, Marcelo stands out above all the rest. I highly recommend him and Dublin Nissan.

Had a 715am appointment for an oil change, service person excepted vehicle @700am, just now @815am put on the rack, and probably would of been even longer if I had not went in an asked wheres my vehicle. Service person didnt even know where it was at first, stated probably finished already and out at the car wash. This place does not value a persons time, which is what I am giving them a one star for. My time as anyone elses time is very valuable an this experience was very unprofessional. Finally out @900 for an oil change 👎👎👎

Went in because a warning light came on regarding an airbag problem. After checking things out they found as short in the system and the passenger side needed to be replaced. Not a common problem the part was under warranty and had to be ordered. I was supplied a rental car at no charge and treated very nicely by the Service Manager who kept me informed of the progress. Nissan was held up by the fact the the part kept being promised to them but was slow in arriving. It took two weeks from start to finish to get my car through no fault of the dealer.
