Fixed my tire. Which was great. But they cant take in an oil change at 5pm. I dont get off of work til 5. Oil change should take 30-45 min. Tire repair was great no issues there, just more of an issue with scheduling.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have stumbled across this business. I had dealt with several other auto repair shops over the phone about my car issue only to feel anxious and frustrated about their lack of concern for my issue. When I called this AAA shop I felt like I was talking to my dad on the phone! They eased all my anxieties, took care of my issue without pressuring me into anything more, and when I came in to pick up my vehicle they gave me a free year subscription to AAA. I had such a rough day, and this act of kindness touched me so much that I broke down in tears right in their lobby and made me so happy. I will be taking my vehicle to this shop for as long as I own one! Thank you so much for showing me that there are genuinely good people in the world, AAA!

I was concerned because my tire had a leak that was losing air rapidly . I took the car to AAA car care in Dublin and used their night drop secure key box and left the car there at about 8pm . The next morning at 8 am I received a call from the owner with an estimate for 4 new tires, which were long overdue. The price was good because I had another estimate from another establishment near my work . I gave the go ahead and then 3 or so hours later, Scott called because he was concerned that my back brakes were in need of replacement ( also probably past the safe point ) so I have him the go ahead on that too. I got four new quality tires and my brakes taken care of for a few hundred more than the other place would have charged me for just new tires.I appreciate their promptness and service and will call them first every time .

About three months ago I had an oil change and they told me I would have eventually need new brakes and tires but it could wait till the next Oil Change. Before that came due I started to get an intermittent grinding noise on one rear tire. I took it to AAA and they said I needed brake pads rotors and calipers on both rear brakes. $1,115. I took it to a different place $480 for new rotors and pads on all four wheels no calipers necessary. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location but I am extremely disappointed.

Booked an appointment over the phone with Scott. Very nice guy and very straight talking. Excellent customer service skills but also people skills. Was able to facilitate a slot for me for a small service (oil change). His team were very efficient and professional. Highly recommended

Very impressed. Oil change with full synthetic and tire rotation done in an hour, out the door for $55 (used AAA member coupon). Shop was busy, which I like. It usually means good work and return customers. Chris and his crew were friendly and efficient. Made sure to tell me several times how much they appreciated my business. If you are an AAA member, you get a 2 yr warranty on parts and labor.

AAA needs to quit being afraid of hot engines and burnt gloves.When I requested a simple oil change for my ‘04 Honda Accord (hey guy, remember me?), the estimated time given was one hour. Skeptical, I asked if we can shorten this down. Best explanation I could get out of him was “I do a full oil change.” or “We do a full inspection.” Remember, I’m only here for an oil change and was willing to sign my name on the dotted line releasing them from liability as per custom.Went to Valvoline 10min away and told them the story. My receipt shows a service time of under 10 mins.Go to Swensons down the road and see these youngsters HUSTLE for your order. Would be great to see more businesses doing that. That’s capitalism, baby. That’s AMERICA!Maybe that’s how they do oil changes in ISTANBUL, NIMBY!

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I took my car into them 4 different times and $1500.00 later to fix my air conditioning. It worked last summer, but turned it on recently, and it is not working again! It is also a few days beyond the warranty period. I am very upset about this, and will never use them again. They should have fixed it right after all that time and money.

Great Customer Service and detailed Inspections of the car. The guys there are friendly and speedy, I always walk over to the Giant Eagle close by when I wait and they are great about calling me when my car is done for pick-up. We have also used the over night service and they have the car done quickly the next day for pick up.Over all great service. Disclaimer have only ever had preventive work done here.

Absolutely the worst car service I’ve ever had. I was on my way out to do an errand two nights before I started my first job and my car (2004 Pontiac Grand Am) didn’t start. So I had it towed through AAA to this specific Car Care Plus to have it worked on the next day in hopes that I could drive it to work on Monday. The first annoyance was that I had to call this place every single time that I wanted information on my car. I didn’t receive a call from them once about any updates on my car. I finally got an answer from them and the guy I spoke with claimed that my air compressor was bad and blew a fuse on the starting circuitry, my battery needed replaced, and my pass lock was bad as well. BUT, I could still take it back so that I could have a ride to work on Monday because they unhooked the air compressor from the circuit so that the car could start. They claimed they couldn’t get the car NOT to start. So, I drove it home thinking I was set until I could get those things fixed. I was wrong. Late Sunday night my car wouldn’t start again, the very next time I tried to drive it after I got it back. I called them back asking for some kind of refund or free fix because they gave me the car back not working even though they said that it would be fine. The guy I talked to claimed that I told them I HAD to have my car back before Monday even if it wasn’t working. I obviously never said this and would never take back a car if it wasn’t guaranteed to work. So he said he would talk to the original guy I spoke with and have him call me back. That never happened, and this was about three weeks ago now. So I decided to have it towed back to my home town in Northwest Ohio to a reliable place. After they looked at it, it was a bad relay.....It cost me 70$ for labor and a relay and my car worked fine. AAA charged me 100$ for labor and returned a broken car. DO NOT have any car service done at this place. They cheat you in so many ways and have no care towards their customers.

Great experience. I have a 99 BMW M3 95,000 miles that required a lot of service. Leaking power steering, oil leaks-needed new valve cover gasket, oil line, oil filter gasket, needed spark plugs, ac and serpentine belts, and a variety of service. I wanted a leak free car. BMW dealer would have charged Me a small fortune. But I did require a trustworthy place with knowledgeable mechanics. What I got was a leak free car, great customer service (Shane Lape) and a really knowledgeable mechanic (Mark). They clearly explained with great patience what I needed and why. No pressure to get any service I didnt need. When I picked up the car they showed me what was done and possibly things to keep an eye on. When I left my M3 was running better than ever! Perfect working order. Great job. I will be back for all future service. Thanks guys!

Offered to sell my car for scraps without permission to co-workers. Things missing from bag in trunk while my car was sitting in the shop for a few day due to it not being able to run and needing towed back home.

Last week, I took my car in to have it looked at, because the check engine light was on and the heating/AC was not working properly. Its a good thing I asked about the cost, before they pulled my car into their garage. Otherwise, I would have lost over $100, just to have my problems diagnosed.How about some courtesy, by letting your customers know the cost beforehand!?I would trust my own mechanic, before these people at THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!

My ex came into town to visit our kids and got caught up in a major snow storm. He couldn’t figure out why his car wouldn’t start and had AAA tow him to this shop. They couldn’t even diagnose the problem bc there was so much snow buildup on the undercarriage and gave him two options. He could pay several hundred dollars to have them actively melt the snow and diagnose the car that day. Or they would let him leave his vehicle in the heated garage overnight and let the snow melt off slowly on its own for FREE. He chose the free option and the next day his car was running again just fine. Plenty of other shops would have just taken advantage of an out of town visitor.

We were frequent customers because of the convenience of its location. Bought 4 new tires in the last 2-3 years and had trouble ever since. It is our fault we did not keep better record; however, the tires were constantly low and had to bring them in for repair. Recently, we had a problem with a tire and they said we needed 4 new tires again because the alignment was off and ruined the thread. Can’t understand why they didn’t pick this problem up each time we came in for the faulty tire issues! They said it would cost 1400 dollars. Went to another repair and tire shop and it cost me 900 dollars. Will be going to this new place for now on. Oh, and they said they had no record of when we bought the tires because they have a new computer system. What kind of mularkey is that!

I came in with a flat tire from a blowout on 33. They didnt have the tire I needed in stock, but they offered to find a reasonably close match or put my spare tire on for me. I opted for the spare so I could limp back closer to home so I could get a proper match. They didnt charge me, and could not have been more helpful and courteous.

I could not get the L/F turn signal bulb out of my Dodge Durango. I went to CarCare Plus West on Saturday to seek their help. I told the manager my problem. He right away got a technician to help me. In less than 5 minutes he had my turn signal out and we replaced the bulb. He showed me the error I was making and taught me where the bulb was. I was on the wrong one. You made my day! Thank you AAA! You are the best!

This place was good when it was a Bob Summeral. I went here for an oil change and started my car parked by the mechanic outside. First thing I noticed was the sound of metal grinding and then my engine light comes on! I immediately go in and tell the front desk person. What kind of place returns cars to their owners in worse condition than bringing them in. Really mechanic, you didnt notice the beeping and engine light coming on when driving the car out of your shop to return to me? The place keeps sending me coupons and letters to come back. Im sure they are losing a lot of customers.

They didnt test drive a SUV with reported front drive noise issues and replaced a working wheel hub without telling me the hub was fine. When the noise was still present I spoke with the mechanic who thought I was called when he found that there was no need to replace the part. I was never told this as I wouldnt replace a part that wasnt broke. I was called with a quote and that was all.
