I have used Worcester Auto Center on Chandler Street at least three times in the almost six years that I have lived in Worcester. I have also referred several friends there, because of their competent and professional work. The Director has the intelligence and knowledge of an engineer, and executes and oversees excellent work in the shop. He communicates well and courteously with insurance companies and customers. Worcester Auto Center is flexible, timely and respectful in their work with customers, and I recommend them highly. (In a word, as the previous reviewer pointed out, they are amazing.)

Worcester Auto Center made my life easy--Gene arranged for the rental company to pick me up right there, and allowed me to drop it off at Worcester Auto Center when it was time to pick up my car. Gene kindly waited for me after close when I couldnt make it there in time, and was very helpful in explaining all of the steps of the process. Overall a positive experience!
