The man was very professional he stayed past closing time to finish my installation. I shopped around before choosing sound system plus, and now Im sure I made the right decision. He could of used my old wiring to make it cheaper but Im order to take avatar of warranty he fully explained the benefits of a newer kit so I didnt feel like I was being upsold I appreciated the good work they performed I will be advising anyone who needs electronics find in thyre vehicles to give sound system plus a shot first

When I entered the shop, I was immediately welcomed by Brian who made feel very comfortable after he showed me several different options/packages for my truck. Brian demonstrated to me a very good understanding of card audio systems design and integration. And without rushing me, he took the time to make sure I am not pressured in any way. I did finally decide on a package and after the installation was done, Elijio (the installer) walked me through everything in detail and made sure all my questions are answered. I was very pleased with the system I purchased. My experience was very positive at Sound Systems +. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Great customer service, quality and value. I will definitely come back and will refer friends and family. They did gave me life time warranty on installation and labor.

I bought a car stereo from a big electronics store, but they charge an arm and a leg for installation, so I decided to do it myself. After taking the old system out, I realized I didnt have the correct equipment to hook up the harness. The team at A Plus did a super quick job and charged a excellent rate. The rates I was quoted for installation where even better than everywhere else I called.

Bad installation bad service the worst in my life i spent so much money n only got 250 out of 2250 n still not working i took it to. To a other shop took care of my problem all it need it was a real shop with real experts with real experience they took care of it with out any troubles n the best part they didnt try to sell me anything im glad im done with SOUND SYSTEMS PLUS it was my bad luck to go there never again in my life there disrespectful n not trust worthy i paid for one thing n got cheap stuff

I drove all the way across the country and my cars miserable audio experience compelled me to find a solution once I reached San Jose. Sound System Plus was recommended to me by a friend who lives here and I made my way to the shop one morning. After Julio gave us a brief overview of the options that were available (I wanted to have an FM transmitter installed so I could charge/play my iPhone 4S), we decided to have them take care of it. A few hours later, I came back and presented a 20% off coupon which was happily accepted.There was a problem with the initial installation and I heard static upon departing. I came back a half hour later and Julio had one of the mechanics check it out. We thought the problem was the cable, which came as a surprise since apparently their failure rate is

They will not take your product back or do a refund. I have bought a karaoke player which cost like $300 and I am not happy with it. I thought I could return it back, but the owner said no and he says he only issues store credit. If I knew this policy before hand I should have not bought that product at all. He is not very clear with his policy before hand. So make sure what youre buying is really what you wanted, because no refund will be granted to you. Buyer beware.
