This is a shady business and ownership to say the least. They bait me with a $1200 quote and promise of an OEM product and switch things to force an aftermarket product that would cost me $600 elsewhere and would not release the car unless I paid the $1200 when I went to pick up my car. Buyer be ware..... Strongly suggest using an honest business for your auto glass.

Great service, got my car in and out within a couple hours. If you have AAA just drop your car off here and skip the safelite stuff. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I used this place to fix some chips in my windshield a few years ago and I liked their service. This time I had to replace my whole windshield because of a huge crack. They were able to get me in the very next day after I called, and got it done in two hours.

I needed a new windshield for my 87 irocz, they were very professional and likeable people. Were able to get it done in a timely manner as well! Would recommend!

We had their guys come out and give us an estimate on installing a window seal for the front and rear windshield on our older bmw. They said that they were able to do the job. After they had the car for a few days they told us it was ready. After paying more than their estimate(which we were fine with) we looked at the job and only the rear window was done. Once we started to question why the front window wasn’t done their employee and manager started to argue with us and where making excuses as to why they didn’t do the job that was agreed to. They would not reason with us so we just took the car and left. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Fantastic service and experience, from making the appointment, to completing the windshield replacement.This is the second windshield replacement on my truck. The first time was completed by a corporate chain. I decided to give Hayes brothers a call. They quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled an appointment right away. The guy from Hayes brothers came out to replace my windshield and found multiple problems with workmanship of the first replacement. The corporate installer had damaged the satellite radio antenna and improperly applied the adhesive. He showed me the issues, remedied the problems on site and completed the windshield replacement. Im very happy with the service provided, and also happy I Went with a family owned and operated business. Highly recommend these folks!

Woke up to a broken car window in midtown. My insurance was no help their recommendation was gonna take 3 DAYS to fix it! I went to yelp and found this Gem IN MIDTOWN! The gentleman who answered the phone was very understanding and helpful and kind. He put me at ease and said he would get my car started in a couple of hours and he went ahead and ordered the glass for my car. I had that even shown up yet. I dropped my car off a few hours later and it was done by five that day. The price was less than my insurance company recommended place, So I got it fixed in one day and it cost less and the service was perfect my car was completely spotless and clean inside no trace of glass or dirt.

The price was the best I found. The job was great.

I had my rear passenger window vandalized/broken on my fathers car. When I called Hayes they had a reasonable price and the person on the phone was very helpful. Made an appointment/showed up and asked for new wipers as well. When I picked it up there were no hidden fees and this person was helpful and friendly also!!! I would recommend them!

I came in to have my back window seal looked at, since I was getting water coming through it in car washes and during rains, and we got there, and one of the workers came out to take a look and we found out that one of the electrical cords was in the way of the seal! I felt so stupid and couldve fixed it myself, but he was kind enough to bring out some double sided tape and fix it up for me. TOP NOTCH GUY!!! would recommend these guys for sure, they did work they never had to do :) it sure made my day.

They were recommended by my dealership, Niello Audi and rightfully because they know their stuff. Newer Audis need a sensor recalibration after the windshield gets replaced, but the guys at Hayes Brothers are so experienced that I didnt need to waste my time getting that ~$700 recalibration.

Gabe is the man, he tinted my 2013 Nissan Altima windows. I wanted them done within my schedule timeframe and he went out of his ways to accommodate my wife and I. Five stars for Gabriels customer service and the company as well!
