The service guy, Mike showed up inside the promised time window. Then he showed exceptional work ethics by getting on the case swiftly while answering all the questions and explaining the mechanics of the system in our house. All this was performed in a very polite manner and expedited nature. He didnt forget to mention that he loves working for this company which speaks volume about River Valley Oil.. Called river valley oil for a value leak and expansion tank change. Not only did they fix this, but now I have no hot water up stairs in my shower. What a nightmare..called several times complaining one lady working there for 16 years talked to me so rudely. Told me she could talk to me this way. Now I have to call another contractor to come out. Almost $400.00 later. They touched more then what they where suppossed to!!!!! Also a guy that always answers the phone was going to hang up phone on me because he seemed like he didnt want to deal with my problems that occurred after they worked on my furnace .

The other reviews must be family members. My experience with service at River Valley Oil was just plain bad; both people I spoke to were rude, and anything but helpful - this after being a customer for three (3) years! I certainly will NOT be doing business with RVOS again.
