Great overall experience at the Saunders Location. The staff was extremely friendly and did an excellent job with the repairs. Joe the estimator did a great job of keeping me up to date, and making the process seem less. I highly recommend A-1 to anybody in need of some bodywork on their vehicle.

Dropped off car, they ordered the parts needed, got a date for finishing. Got pushed back on dates not once but twice. Mind that I had to rent a car and was paying out of pocket for that rent. Took about 2 weeks or so to finish. Got a call back because they forgot to install some part. Took it back just to find out that it was not my car missing that part but someone else’s with the “same name and car” as mine…. (Coincidence). And I was working and got out to drop off my car for both incidents. Asked them to wash my car as well and it seemed like nothing was really cleaned about it. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! And I am not one to take my time to write these review but this is an exception.

Before the move we brought a mopar 12 here for a dent repair. A-1 left bondo dripping out of the wheel well, the new stripe was crooked, new paint was blemished and not finished behind the license plate. There were multiple paint drips under the rear bumper. This is the worst repair that Ive seen especially on a rare car. This is one of the last places Id take a nice car. They have good customer, but high prices for horrible quality work.

This place offers a very bad service, the quality of the work done in my car was very poor and incomplete, please stay away from this company and save your self a nightmare. Believe me when I say its a bad place to have your car repaired.

Excellent all the way!! We dropped off our car on 5/28/18 and we received our car 6/1/18 and mind you we had some major damage that I thought would take a month since we ran over a coyote. From the moment we called, they held our hand and guided us the entire way. It was my husbands and I first time ever getting in accident or filing for a insurance claim. They helped all the way. The staff is friendly and professional and I love the added coffee shop perk!!!! My hubbys car was like brand new. You couldn’t tell anything was ever damaged. I’m so thankful the entire staff took care of us. Excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness that I was almost convinced to do business with A1 on Saunders St. in Laredo, TX on the spot. It wasnt until I had the opportunity to meet and speak directly with the General Manager and owner of the company, Mr. Nephtali Garibay, that I was completely convinced that they were the right company to work on my very rare and expensive vehicle. Mr. Garibay treated me with such care and respect, that it was immediately apparent that I had arrived to the right place. I walked away from there feeling confident that my car was in the very best hands. I would not have had it any other way. All said and done, A1 came through with impeccable work...second to none. On time delivery was just like icing on the cake. I was so happy with the results, nothing else could affect how pleased I am.
