Very very disappointed with the selection. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was going to buy online but I decided to just go to my local store. BIG mistake! The store had absolutely nothing that I was going to buy online. And the 75% sale was a joke. Next time Ill buy online.

Bath & Body Works has an enormous selection of items to select from. However, I personally dont feel they have enough help in the store to assist the customers. Its very busy in there. I also question how well trained the new employees are in their knowledge of product line when a customer like myself asks a question about a particular product or if I dont know for sure what I want. These are the only reasons Im not giving Bath & Body Works 5 stars.

Incredible selection of fragrances and self care products. I love coming here so I can sample all the scents I can. Displays are very orderly and smells are surprisingly not overwhelming. Almost every item has a sample product so you can smell it before purchase. My favorite place to shop for myself. Cashiers are always friendly, and willing to help out as much as possible if youre looking for a specific scent!

This is an outdated B&BWs, which is a shame because you can tell that the workers do the best with what they are given in a dying mall. They are well stocked and the shelves have all kinds of gift ideas. The workers are great and very helpful. Go in with a positive attitude and youll come out with a positive experience. The workers are very knowledgeable and if you have questions just ask.

I love shopping here, they always have what I want and need, the people are very helpful and friendly.always willing to help with all your needs.

Wonderfully well-stocked selection. Labor Day sale items were reasonable. Salesperson was exceptionally well-mannered, engaging and professional.

Their products are wonderful. Spring line has arrived so last years products are discounted by 70% on average. Salespeople are ready to do their job and theyre on their toes. Helpful and knowledgable. Surprsingly the store was slow. Unfortunately theres not much draw to the Shenango Mall anymore except for Penneys. Shop now for deep discounts before theyre sold out and you miss out!

Will never come to this or another Bath & Body. Sales associates are rude, disrespectful. Their condescending manner was embarrassing to me, to say the least. It is a shame, I love their body crème; as I have given them many opportunities while shopping there, and it is always the same no matter which associate is there.

Cant beat the price when you have a sale. One of the only stores open in the Shenango Valley Mall other than pennies in the bookstore.
