We had an amazing experience at Imperial.Their staff was very patient with us, guided us through our options, and left us feeling like we found the best deal around.Imperial was one of several installers we considered.A year later, were still recommending them to everyone we know!

As the president of the Hastings Hawks, we are always looking to make improvements to Veterans Park for everyone that visits. We approached Imperial Counters to see what kind of deal we could get on a new counter for our nonprofit concessions stand. With out hesitation they offered to donate a remnant piece to us. JR came out and measured to ensure a proper fit.He explained it would be a few weeks or more for delivery since they would fit it in between normal orders, which of course we were fine with. We got it in today and it looks GREAT! Nicely done! Thank you for giving back to the community

The whole process took about 2 months, it did fall over Christmas and New Years so I am sure that slowed the process down a bit. Received a good price on HD Laminate Countertops, installation was quick and easy. Emailed them any time I had a question and everyone was friendly and easy to work with! Our Kitchen looks amazing!

We asked this company to make an RV table for us -it was important that the table be made to spec so it could be used to make a bed in our camper - seemed to be a simple easy project. Worked with them and had to have the table remade 4 times and the final time it was still not made to the measurements they had on their own spec sheet. This project took approximately 3 months and we are left with no table as they were rude to us and acted as if the issues were our fault and somehow we were being too picky not to accept soft corners, splits in the table top, and something that was cut incorrectly. Terrible customer service!!!

We drove here to look at counter tops at 6:00. Get all the way here, and turns out they close at 4:30?? Seriously, who can make it that early after work to look at your stuff? Prime time for shopping is 5pm to 7pm weekdays after we all get out of work. Maybe if you stay open longer, you wouldnt have lost a customer!Im adding on to say..YOU ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS TOO?? I give up...

Called to see if they do counter top repair. They do not however they did go out of their way to find someone who does.

Imperial is closed and is ignoring all attempts at contact. They still owe employees money as well.
