Kevin who sold me my car with no running back and forth to the office. Nothing worse than that process! Jose, the sales manager came out and explained everything in black and white. No haggling, no nickel and diming. You could just tell he was an honest guy. A real pleasure which is something I dont often say about the car buying experience. Finally I worked with Brandon in finance. The first guy to really explain everything in detail and not push a 100 extra charges. This experience would make me buy another car from this dealer! I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in this type of car.

I can’t believe the experience I had here on Friday. As a returning customer, I went in with expectations for a smooth upgrade to a new lease. I made an appointment with Mike and when we arrived we were told he wasn’t there and were promptly sent for a test drive by another salesman. He didn’t ask what we were looking for, price range, not even the color. When we returned he gave us a list of monthly payments that were nearly triple our current payment. He didn’t try to work with us and we said we were surprised, he said “yeah that’s weird right?” He even suggested we look at a different car brand altogether! We left and went to another dealership and had a much better experience. Hopefully other returning customers are treated better than we were.ETA: The programs didn’t change at the other dealership we went to, and they didn’t suggest that we go to look at a Subaru dealership. Instead of making excuses, just apologize and do better.

My girlfriend Jeanette and I were shopping for her next leased vehicle at the end of August 2021 and were grateful we went to Freehold Jeep. The entire staff we dealt with were fully engaged and eager to earn our business from our initial visit to their showroom. From Bruce our salesman to Chanora, the receptionist who handled our follow up phone calls, to Jeremiah and Kristina, the two sales managers we dealt with, all were clearly on our side. Jeanette was returning a leased Chrysler vehicle which had equity in it above the residual value which was established 3 years ago. In todays post Covid, microchip based vehicle shortage world Kristina, Jeremiah and the team at Freehold Jeep worked with Chrysler on our behalf to get us as fair a trade in price as they could manage. They literally got us thousands of dollars above what any other dealer we visited was willing to offer. They also gave us the best price we found on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee which we both love. Probably one of the best car buying experiences of my life thanks to Belle (like the princess). She took her time explaining every detail about every different wrangler showing me and my friend the difference. She was our own personal Jeep Tour Guide! She gave me and my friend our undivided attention answering all our questions and helping us out with whatever she could. We ended up driving home with 2 Jeep Wranglers! The Sales Manager Sal was also very helpful, informative and honest. With Bell and Sal it was really the most fun I ever had buying a car.

Great salesman, very kind. However, not good follow up service from dealer. Difficult to get my moms new plates. First said they did not mail them, then sent us and outdated form saying it cost $20. Then sent a new form saying it was $35. I recently bought a Honda for almost half the price of the jeep. Dealer sent the plates for free to me 2 weeks prior to temp expiration.

Been there couple of times. I think they’re not transparent with details. On the phone they said one thing to bring us to the store and when we went to the store to finalize the deal they said the financial option which we came there for is not given to us. But they said a total different story about financial deals on the phone and while we wr there 1st time. Total waste of our time and they lie to you to get us to their dealership. Totally disappointed. They need to make clear of what they offer and the deals clearly in the 1st place than talking around and making assurances to the customers which they can’t keep up.

I went to freehold jeep on January 18,2021 to test drive a Sahara model.Tony greeted my husband and I. We took out the Sahara for a ride and we liked it but wanted a different color. They had the color at a different location and on January 2oth we drove it home. Tony was great. We also talked with Ed and then Andrew who showed us all the features on the Sahara and how they worked. Everyone took their time helping my husband and I both find the cars we love and no one ever made us feel like we were being annoying or asking too many questions even though we were there for 6 hours! When I finally got someones attention it was like he couldnt be bothered to talk to me whatsoever. I asked if he had information on the 2019s and I was told to look at the website...well, little did he know that brushing me off like that lost him an EASY sale. I was ready to buy a Jeep as soon as the 2019s were ready for ordering. Their loss!I worked through the USSA car buying service to find a new dealer recommendation and was directed to Freehold. Amongst other dealers their Internet sales persons automated communications arrived immediately and I received calls shortly after.When I showed up at Freehold Jeep I was apprehensive after the experience with East Brunswick but Mike Youssef greeted my friend and I immediately as we walked up to the main entrance and helped me out immediately. He gave me the information I needed and said I could think about it and come back when I was ready and I told him I was ready right then and there. He jumped on the ordering process and we got an brand new 2019 Jeep ordered for me on the spot that day. They estimated 8-10 weeks and it came in MUCH faster than anticipated which made me ecstatic!I just want to express that good communication, good service, and feeling like Im being taken care of as an individual is important to me as a small business owner. Its something I look for when I receive services because its something that is paramount to me in my own business. I was TRULY impressed by Ondras Mayfields team at Freehold Jeep. They have an extremely well-oiled machine at Freehold Jeep that is like clockwork for each step of the process.I picked up my Wrangler on Thursday and have been enjoying it ever since. Ive already referred one friend to inquire about a new Jeep and told a 2nd friend I would be happy to refer her as well when she is ready to trade in her Jeep for a new one.Thank you to Freehold Jeep and thank you to the Jeep factory in Ohio for handling my build quickly and efficiently. It looks amazing in Mojito Green (glad Jeep kept the color!!) and Im getting compliments left and right on how amazing it looks in person!!

So my wife and I were looking to lease a new 2021 jeep cherokee limited in granite crystal color with a 2.0 liter turbo. My old lease ends in June so we started looking around about a month ago and wow what difference three years makes. With the covid pandemic and that computer chip shortage, not many vehicles to choose from and pricing not great either. Freehold jeep had the cherokee I wanted and beat every other dealer by $45 a month. Definitely worth the 1 hour 45 minute drive. Jeremiah, Dillon, Penny and everyone there was top notch .

I decided to go to Freehold Jeep, in part, because of the positive reviews on Google.I dont know if the person I was dealing with had a bad day or something but I had specifically made an appointment to test drive a specific model at a certain time (and I showed up on time) and it wasnt even close to being ready.In the current covid climate, no one wants to sit around indoors with a bunch of other people waiting and filling out paperwork just to test drive a car. Heck, I was willing to settle to just go outside and have a look at the car.The associate who was helping me (though he didnt really look like he wanted to help me) seemed to be in a rush to reschedule my appointment that he recommended rescheduling my appointment no less than 4 times. He took me out to see the car, couldnt find it, and then took me to a similar model and we found out that it was locked. He then said - why dont you come back later when were not this busy? and just left.So, in the end, I couldnt even look at the car that I wanted to buy (forget the test drive). This is a stark contrast with the experience Ive had at other dealers where they had me in and out of the office and went out of their way to ensure everything was ready to go.Edit: I have noticed that the most positive reviews are involve Belle whom I had no dealing with. Since I dont want to unfairly condemn a location based on a single experience, I suggest that you ASK for Belle. I am upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of their response below. If I give them another try in the future, Ill update it again at that point.

Today we came for my daughter to lease her a keep and let me start by saying I hate this whole car dealership thing but Belle has made it pleasant. She answered all the questions we had and was very attentive to what we were looking for. Such a nice girl with such a bubbly personality. I will be recommending her to family and friends. July 3rd, 2020 I met with William seeking a Jeep Grand Cherokee. William was quick to his feet, extremely knowledgeable in his product inside and out. Despite the large selection, he knew exactly where several choices were located. We settled in and commenced our purchase transaction.After insuring the vehicle and receiving congrats from Rich the Insurance guy, the games had begun.No longer was the Jeep Advertised rate available to me, a ridiculously high rate was quoted. I left. And there was no discount only full sticker cost. An hour later I received the Sorry your finance didnt work out phone call from the manager, despite being pre-approved. It was time for their credit guy to come in for the kill. Not happening, I had my own bank finance quote. Ended the conversation with manager. Two hours later William calls me to tell me he has good news, they dropped the rate 8/10th of a point. No sir, unacceptable.Later that evening, I drove to Lester Glenn in Toms River on a recommendation. Within ONE HOUR, I had a excellent rate that BEAT my banks quote significantly. Within 30 minutes of being approved, I was out the door with my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I retained all of my incentives, was recognized as a Firefighter/EMT and given another $500 off and given a incredible low low rate. Done Deal, all smiles no stress.William was highly educated, knew his product well, and was a good guy, he deserved my commission.The dealer games on the back end lost me as a customer.So Mrs. Melindy as promised, here is my new Jeep not purchased from your dealership, it was purchased at Lester Glenn on the same day.

Hands down BEST car buying experience EVER!!! Starting from the moment i scheduled an appointment to test drive a car w/ Marisa, to showing up and working w/ Tony to Harry doing what he could to get me in my dream Jeep affordably to the gentleman who assisted w/ the insurance to Ed for finishing the finance paperwork.
