In terms of shopping for cake decorating supplies they are pricey but will more likely have what you are looking for, if theres no time to order online and the other craft stores dont carry it. Also they close early so plan accordingly.

Prior to purchasing my sewing machine the staff was warm and friendly. After sale was completed they were very different. Training was poor and minimal. They may be good with crafts and frames but for sewing machines they are extremely poor when it comes to training, customer service and assistance. LisaAnn has always been extremely friendly and helpful. She did a good training session.

This place is a diamond in the rough, most dont know it exists but theyve been in Fayetteville for years, at least a decade, Probably much longer. They offer sewing classes, framing, and many fine art supplies, or craft supplies. Only problem I have with them is the selection is a little small for fine arts and jewelry making supplies. Also its a little dark in there. But wonderful staff, nice and helpful.

Called to ask price for repairing my wifes sewing machine, and the rep figured out that I may be able to fix it myself. I dont want to say anything less than wonderful about my amazing wife because she has started reading my reviews and all... But the point is this business turned away some easy money and earned some customer loyalty in the process.

This is an independent craft store (not one of the big box chains) with a concentration of all things sewing, especially fabrics. They also have a sizable cake decorating inventory. As for most other crafting areas, inventory is limited (and a bit dated in some areas). Overall, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Pricing seemed reasonable.

Was shocked to learn I did not know about this place until recently. Went to the store and was excited to see all that they offered, awesome machines, classes, beautiful fabric for quilting and so much more. The team worked with me through my endless questions. Think this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

This craft store is near my home. It reminds me of an old fashion sewing and craft store! I love itl the owner and employees are friendly, helpful, and ready to help. I enjoy the sewing classes and other craft classes that is held there, friends are made here! Everyone should come and see for their selves!

I went to craft-n-things because I was looking for some floral wire and of course I can get it from there because they always have it I looked at some material beautiful material and also some other arts and crafts and also some Bridal toppers and assorted accessories the clerks were very helpful very polite I always enjoy going in there and Ill always find what Im looking for

Lisaann was very nice, helpful and was able to answer questions regarding my craft needs. She also explained events being offered. Great being my first visit. It was more one on one which you dont find anymore in more larger craft stores. Thanks

My Grandma works here and this place is amazing! They have sewing classes every Saturday, great costomer service, and prices are cheap to moderate, depending on the item. Sewing machines are much cheaper here, and I get free scraps because my Grandma gives them to me. They are great people and it smells nice. Come here for and craft you like ranging from rubber band bracelets and looms beginners sewing kits to yarn for baby blankets and scarfs. Cake pans, decorations, and wedding/collage graduate cake toppers, flowers and more! 5/5 stars guaranteed.

Excellent crafts store. The lady who helped us was super helpful. For some reason, I was under the impression that they were a scrapbooking store, but they really have everything including baking supplies, art supplies and more.

The amount of thanks I need to give this store is unimaginable! My heirloom sewing machine had been in another shop for over a month and was never serviced. I picked it up and brough it to Crafts, Frames and Things. Within a few hours it was fixed, working like brand new and I was only charged the minimum service fees. They will have all my business from now on.

Im new in town and asked around at the fabric stores to find a place that would service my Viking machine. Most referred me to this store, so I felt confident when I dropped my machine off. The price was reasonable for yearly maintenence.Little did I know that the man responsible for the tune-up would decide I needed some purely cosmetic items replaced on my machine without calling to ask me first. Of course this made the price twice what was expected.The woman who called to tell me the machine was ready for pickup also told me the price but apparantly never communicated this to the man doing the repair who was also the only one who could adjust the price. He was never available to talk with me, never called me, and was never present in the store. My only option was to leave my machine there and hope he took off the cosmetic repairs or pay for the whole thing. Cant say I trusted him at this point, so I paid the price.Everyone that I met at the store was kind and helpful. The store had a nice variety of craft and sewing items. If it had not been for the fleecing I took on my tune-up, I would probably enjoy the store for supplies and crafter camaradarie. Now, Ill settle for JoAnn or Hancock fabrics.For whatever its worth, my machine works fine and was ready for pickup quickly. But the pricey little items he replaced are still not used or necessary to the function of the machine. They wont get a dime of my future business.
