Tile and stone store with a lot of choices. Very helpful sales consultants. Michelle was amazing! Before and during our bathroom renovations we went to the store many times, purchased, returned and exchanged different tiles with no problems (my wife changed design of our bathroom few times). Cancos Tile in Farmingville has a huge selection of tile for any area inside and outside of the home. The experience would have been overwhelming if it were not for the pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Kevin Fitzgerald was the salesperson who had the patience to listen and then recommend combination of tile that worked beautifully for the bathroom we were remodeling. When bathroom was complete, we returned to Cancos Tile for a slightly a bigger project and requested Kevin’s suggestions. We again followed his recommendation and were blown away by the awesome results. The tile selection for our latest project went just as smooth as the prior two. Also the employees that take orders for the tile could not be more pleasant and helpful.

They had marvelous selections and beautiful displays. However, being thrifty i found a local tile dealer willing to give tiles at half that of cancos. However the install was largely overstated at $20 a square foot. Local installers were able to do the job at half the price.

While completing an extensive full renovation/rebuild of my home on the North Shore of Nassau County I visited a variety of tiles stores on the Gold Coast. While many stores had decent displays and selections, none had a designer with the creativity, the experience and personality of Michelle Lazari. I was referred to her by a friend and beyond happy that I took the trek out east to Cancos in Farmingville. Renovating to me felt like an overwhelming process, but Michelle made it an easy and stress-free process. With her great sense of style, impeccable taste, and a keen eye for detail, Michelle is a consummate professional. I recommend her without reservation as I am certain that anyone who works with her will have an extraordinary experience and showroom quality finished product.

This store is huge and can me very overwhelming if shopping by yourself. Our salesman Kevin was able to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for after telling him the style we were looking for. Gina at Fabrication did an excellent job in helping me pick out marble for my kitchen. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. Much appreciated! Excellent customer service. Joanne and Duane were very helpful and patient in my marble tile selection and pick up. I bought statuary 12x24 that were gorgeous, I needed 5 boxes of extra tiles, 3 weeks later, and both Joanne and Duane took the time to patiently make sure the new marble tiles were the same lot and similar tiles. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I came back for my other 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Very happy!

Just finished my second project with Cancos. Michelle helped us with a bathroom and kitchen floor tile and both areas look picture perfect. I told her my budget and she put together just what I envisioned within my budget. Beautiful showrooms too !!! No wonder Cancos has been around so long. They always go above and beyond. My spouse and I were shopping for a subway back splash tile that was unique and would asenuate our kitchen, as well as add the finishing touch to our vision of a welcomeing and stylish ambiance. We were referred to Cancos in Farmingvile by our contractor for there selection and professionalism. Sure enough we walk up to the entrance and Lindsey one of the show room consultants notices Im on crutches and graciously opens the door and pleasantly greets us. We shared with her our vision of the ideal back splash and was guided through there impressive show room and offered helpful suggestions as well as three narrowed down tiles to take home and sample. We went with the Manual Subway tile. Lindsey was able to offer me a Veterans discount however the sale of the day was of a greater value and we received an exceptional deal. 1/23/19-Michelle has helped us in so many ways, we had to do tiling and counter tops for our entire house and she has made this experience easy and pleasant. She always made sure to get back in touch with me right away and communicated well. I highly recommend them!!!7/2018- Kristina helped us out today in the showroom. She made what could have been a stressful time an extremely pleasant and easy one. She took her time with us, wrote down everything we picked out and since the warehouse was closed, she even took pictures to send to us. She was absolutely fabulous!

As a contractor i will only recommend Cancos TIle to my customers. Their tile is superior as are the salespeople. The warehouse always has what I need. Ask for Michelle or Denise !

Went there last week with a sheet of glass back splash, the box it came in, the name and color of the mosiac tile. I even knew the wholesale store and the location. The salesman said he cannot order it, he kept showing me other tiles and telling me it would look nice. I left and went to Bellport marble and tile, within 10 minutes my 5 boxes ($1500) was ordered and paid for. 3 days later they called and said my order was in. Ill never go to Cancos again.

Disappointed. No one walked over for the 1/2 hr I was there to ask what type of service I would be needing. People at Desks were busy but others walking about just ignored my visit. I will never Go back.

Love this place,not bc they hand out my buisness cards, but they take care of my clients as well

Worst experience ever, they are overprice, we were looking for tiles for our kitchen and they offer 40% off but the next two day when we call for place an order the discount was 10% and when we ask for the manager cuz that wasnt the agreement, the manager said she cant give us more than 20% . We bought our tiles from there cuz we really like them them when we return the boxes that we didnt use, they charge 10% fee for restocking like their price is not over high enough. Thus one is our first experience with them and certainly the last one.
