This was by far the best auto experience Ive ever had. These guys were courteous and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour. I got the price I wanted without the hassle of wheeling and dealing. Wow, I was very surprised by this place. I needed a little gas saver. Nothing expensive. I was prepared to hassle with the sales person trying to sell me a lemon. No way! My brother bought his car last year around March 2020, a few months later the alternator gave up, he had to get a new one, a new battery, still the light for battery wont turn off, also a few months after getting the car the drivers side door fell... we have to lift and pull to close it... como dicen hacen jales chicanos para vender carros super caros y mas correteados que mi abuelita... he went there to see if they could help him with the issues and obviously they didnt... its funny because before all of this happened to him I was looking for a car too and so he would tell me to go buy one there... now this happened to him... so yeah no thanks... might as well buy from offer up

Carlos was very attentive and explained the scenario with the problem in my truck. He gave me an appointment to start on my truck not like other mechanics who tell you to leave it and a week later truck hasnt been touched. Got to the point without Bs. I bought a 2013 Honda Fit in February and I love it! This is actually the second Honda I buy from them. The first was a Civic back in 2015. I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Fit from this dealership. It was a pleasant experience from walk in to drive off. Hugo, my salesman, wasnt pushy at all and managed to get the deal structured to where all parties were satisfied. I was well aware that the cars they sell are reconditioned and sold with a rebuilt title, thats the reason I went there, I got a nice car for 20% less than what a clean title would retail for. They dont hide the fact that they are rebuilt titles or the fact that the airbags arent functional, its clearly stated on the window sticker which is something that cant be said about other dealerships in El Paso. If they didnt stand behind their work, they wouldnt offer a two year warranty on the powertrain.

Bought a used car here when I first arrived to El Paso. It was a great price and they even lowered it a bit so I could afford the tax title and registration without getting as loan. My car did have some issues but not till almost a year later. The salespeople were very professional and not too pushy which is a big deal for me. Great place is you need four wheels to get you somewhere and don’t mind an older car.

I had only a few days to get a reliable car in town and the experience I had with Brasil was top notch. They were very honest with me on the quality of their vehicles and promised in writing to correct small issues like a missing interior mirror. Their warranty is very cheap to add on as well. I am pleased with my car now having had it for 6 months and would recommend them to anyone. The staff was friendly and fair in negotiation. They are the best shop in the area.

Mike went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I took the car several times to make sure it was what I wanted, and he was patient with my hesitancy (Ive never bought my own car before) and personal circumstances. As for the reviews about the cars having been in accidents, I was made aware of this from the beginning. I asked why the price and mileage were so low, and he explained that the car had been in an accident, the damage was cosmetic and the airbags had deployed and had not been repaired due to prohibitive cost. When I took it to a mechanic he confirmed that the repairs were all cosmetic and the car was sound mechanically and structurally. I have been very happy with it. I am comfortable with not having airbags - to me it was worth the deal that I got. No one lied or hid anything, the entire process was honest (and I took a long time to buy this car!) and I was treated very fairly. If I ever need another car I would start my search here, but I expect to be driving my Fit for a long time.

Easily the fastest car buying experience I have had, they were upfront and truthful about each and every car they have, just make sure you ask all of the relevant questions for what you are looking for. They have a great selection of used Hondas for a decent price. They don’t pressure you to buy a car at all, which can be annoying at a lot of places. I even got a warranty for the car for piece of mind thrown in with the sale!

I stated in my opinion it seemed shady which is my opinion.. know where listed in the website where i was shopping did it say any of the information that i received over the phone from your employee.. it would be helpful for anyone who is purchasing a car for the seller to be upfront not only in person but online as well so customers don’t waste their time.I haven’t physically been to there lot but i was researching for a while looking for a car until i found one and so i called to get information to find out that the car has a reconditioned title and the gentleman told me the airbags were not deplorable etc.. to me this was a very big turn off i feel like if they are selling these vehicles then they need to post it and let the buyer know to it in my opinion it seems really shady so just a heads up be careful with these guys

Extremely dissatisfied. I have been coming to brasil auto for 2 years now because it is right around the block from where I lived. In the past two years I have recommended them to multiple people including family and taken them three cars, all for breaks and they have manage to screw it up each time. I got my breaks done on my truck and during the process they managed to break my abs. Which they replaced for a fee, after a month of getting my breaks done they are stretching AGAIN! I paid 300 dollars for them to break my abs and not correctly fix my breaks. They are nice people but I honestly rather take my car to yearwood all the way across town then recommend anyone or come back here again. I usually hate leaving bad reviews but honestly this disservice cut deep.. I DO NOT recommend

Had a starter replaced recently on my 2002 Honda CRV and have a lifetime warranty for parts. They helped establish my credit with my 99’ Honda I bought from them! I will continue to use Brasil Auto for my entire Honda needs! A+ business!

This place lies point blank period do not purchase these cars for they have been in accidents where air bags deployed and dont be fooled by the low mileage its wrong look at the car fax all these cars are for sure 120+k mileage. Poor and very sad trying to rip people off these cars are all lemons. Please stay away from these dealerships and dont be fooled these cars will surely not last you long and you wont be able to buy full coverage

Good service, friendly staff, good prices. They mostly deal with Honda and Acura in the sales and they finance without credit but their mechanic shop is open for any type of car. They have been in business for over 20 years and its one of the best looking car lot in Alameda.

I am so upset. My father was 89-years-old and purchased a car from here for my brother. None of us knew how much he paid, until he passed away this January (2 days after my mom) and I started handling the estate. When I found out the purchase price, I was pretty upset that he paid what he did for a 2010 Honda Civic with 109,374 miles. Now I am LIVID. I just got the title and the car is a rebuilt salvage - damaged. My father was a very sharp man and would never have done this when he was younger. I view this as elderly abuse.

Avoid at all costs the guy mike who apparently is the mechanic/saleperson and sales manager is Rude and unprofessional !!!! He didnt acknowledge us after 30 minutes since we been at the lot and was just talking with his buddies even though we were right in front of him. He didnt want to show us any cars or bother trying to work with us. End of story he said he didnt care to help us and to go to other lots. Spend your money else where
