Mower took 7-8 hard pulls to start. So bad that the cord ripped off. Mark and Jamie did a complete tune up, replaced cord, sharpened blade, replaced some other parts and now it starts right up with 1 half powered pull like it should! It was done in 1 day! They were very busy when I went in and they still treated me with patience and a smile. Would highly recommend! Price was amazing too.

The gentlemen that handled my questions and did the work on our lawnmower were so nice, answered all my questions and got the work done within just a couple days for a very reasonable price. They will deff be my go to for service in the future

Ive been by this place almost everyday. My husband doesnt work far from here also on Walden Ave. Today we went in there looking to buy a lawnmower. We got a really good gas powered lawnmower for $185. Its a Toro. The people who work there were so nice and very helpful. They buy and fix lawnmowers and ride ons too. We didnt know how to work it but the man who fixes them showed me exactly how. I cant wait to mow my grass now. I have confidence in the one we bought and they said if we need anything or have any concerns or questions not to hesitate to call. I will be going back this fall for a snow blower. Mark and his team here worked fast. Had someone there offer to help unload my blower from my truck. Turned around my snowblower same day I dropped it off, even during the holidays with reduced hours! My case was possibly unique in that it could be resolved same day, but havent had that on other small engine systems from other locations. Will recommend to friends and with issues!

Called this company up and they picked up my snowblower next day for free. Took about 2 days to fix however pricing is fair. My lawnmower died right as I started to mow. I took it here for a repair. A mechanic helped me get it out of my truck, took a look at it right away and diagnosed the issue. It was repaired the same day with the tune up I requested, at the price I was quoted. Friendly and knowledgeable owner and me mechanics, and a good price for the work I needed. If you need proof, stop in, and youll see the literal dozens of small engines they have lined up from customers for pick up, and drop off. I wouldnt hesitate to use this shop again.

The prices seem pretty high for used equipment.

Got a great deal on a used commercial walk behind lawnmower. I paid $ 750 & it works great + plus the motor was recently rebuilt. Also Dylan who sold the mower to me showed me how to operate it & answered all questions I had about it.👍

If I could give them zero I would. Terrible customer service, they never even fixed my mower deck. Oh, and they gave me the wrong belt back.

Would of also gave a zero, brought my mower in thinking it was the transmission they had it a week told $500 to fix which was a great price, but couldnt get the part. Took it somewhere else turned out to be the tire was missing the key, 5 mins & $30 later it was fixed

Ive shopped at Totally Tools for many years, for tools, small engine parts and when i havent been able to fix it myself. Mark the owner has fixed many machines for me always at a very reasonable price. Bring your machine there you wont be disappointed.

I purchased a used mower. I knew I didnt like it the first time I mowed. I also know that there is no returns. I called the owner and asked for a refund. Not only did they refund my money, they treated me fairly and professionally. Great family business.

A friend and I went there to check out a power planer he had - found on Craigs list. The gentleman was very helpful and had us test it out. Tool ran great, no issues. Has a very good selection which he updates regularly - well be going back for more stuff there.

I went to this place numerous time looking for a snow blower, got told to come back the first, second, third and fourth time cuz the snow blower they thought would be perfect for me had to be fixed yet each time i went back they could never get to fixing it cuz they were so busy and refused to let me ask about other ones that were out for sale. They even asked for my number to call me when they got to it, that was 2 months ago and have yet to get a call. Needless to say, I didnt go back got a brand new snowblower for $50 more than what they were charging for used. Wasted a lot of time going back and forth to this place.
