Advertised mens slippers so well stocked that I bought 3 pair of them and plenty were still left for the next customer. Aisles and shelves were well packed with holiday merchandise.

Everyone was so kind..I thought they where open till 9..& they closed in 10 min..got my much needed flood plastic bins .. and everyone the manager the cashier where so sweet and nice I thanked them over & over again..and the quick shopping I did was good.. I will go back..I thought the place was clean and organized felt very comfortable..and the manager was so kind and the cashier was very polite & kind ..the customer service was more then I have seen at many other places I have been too! Great experience!!

My family and I went to here to look around. And I love their furniture and also I have my eyes set on this entertainment center with a fireplace. Also I did sign up to get discounts with a membership on Big Lots.

I love this place, I was looking for some kitchen curtains. I went several places, but I couldnt find any. I was able to find a large selection for affordable price.

Love saving money and this is the place to do so when buying furniture. Saved 20% on everything and they let you put it on layway to lock in the price. Recommend to anyone who is looking for good furniture for a great affordable price.

Good place to look around, has a lot of stuff to buy. Food- can goods, candy, juice, pop everything is packaged. Furniture and towels, blankets, Patio furniture.

Convenient items for everyday use...however not very friendly people not at all helpful...disappointing indeed

There is always a long line at checkout and the store is a little messy. So this time I ordered a bed frame online and picked it up the next day. They brought it right out to my truck.

I do not know if it is because of covid-19 or what but this store is slack in supplies. Twice in 3 months I went there looking for the same things to no avail. Compared to other big lots, this store also has less selections of goods too.

The male employees were to engaged in their own conversation to assist. In addition their conversation had a great deal of profanity. That is very unprofessional and an extremely bad example in front of my 10 year old son. I will NOT be going to this store again.

Store is very neat and clean they did a re-faced on changing things around I dont like the fact that the website lied and said they had Lysol in the store on Ford road three cans available and I get there and I was told they havent like had Lysol in months you wont have any till 2021 wow wasted trip

I love this Big Lots! I always find a good deal on the items carry in the store. There are wide selection of items available in the store. This place has it all including furniture, kitchen items, personal care items, and beauty products such as makeup, lotions, and gift sets. Besides, Big Lots has bed sets, sofa covers, pillow sets, and curtains. In addition, the store has items for home decoration, and candles. Plus, foods section is available in the store as well at reasonable price. Also, kids can love this place, since toys, and games are available in the store. The items are well stocked. Prices are awesome. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. My overall experience was good. I will definitely check it out in the near future. 👍🏻

Worse place to order online. Website said they had 12 products online and two days later after they took my money out of the account. I call the store got the most rude person on the phone she is going to tell me that after two days orders get automatically canceled really wow because they website will say they will have but really dont. No email no nothing to notify customer. I have to call and find out the status of it supper disappointed Never again will I shop here

Its big and it has lots of stuff. Definitely true to the name. I recently went here for Christmas decoration and they had a wonderful sale going on. Made our tree lovely.

Really cluttered at the register area. This store has all your household needs from large furniture items to bathroom accessories to nice comfy mattresses. Also had some refrigerated and frozen items. Good snacks. Indoor and outdoor decor...seasonally. Prices are very affordable and they have special savings days quarterly

I fell in love with this place. They have a huge tub of popcorn for $5. I also signed up for their rewards program and if you purchase 3 items, they send a $5 off coupon to your email. The sales clerk was polite and kindly explained the program to see. The entire store was clean and well organized. The bathrooms also was clean and did not smell bad. I will definitely be revisiting this store for the cheap prices and high quality products.
