Ive gone to Discount Tire for my tire needs for years, but this is the first time I made an appointment for tire rotations (I usually just drive up). Everything went smoothly (it was about fifteen minutes quicker than usual). The service was especially great!

Thumbs up guys. The front desk staff is great and was simple to set up the service. Job completed pretty close to their estimate. Props to the guy that comes to the lobby to update each customer with status/progress midway through the work.

Wait time was really short, love the service but they would have at least check all my tires because the next day one of my old tire had nails and Discount tire didnt even fiqure it out.

Knowledgeable staff. Showed us pricing for all types of tires, not just the most expensive set. We told them what we wanted to spend and they sold us good tires within our budget. Good tires at reasonable prices. They have always treated me right. I always get the replacement guarentee here. Im not usually big on store guarantees. But Discount Tire has gone out of the way to help me with theirs. I can recommend them.

11/14/2017: The best update I can give for these guys is they now have free WiFi. I was able to work while I waited for my car which they said will take right at the hour but they delivered in 38 minutes. Great service!=============================I go here often because its right across from where I work so its very convenient. Its very easy access off the Southbound of the 75 frontage.The service is great and the guys there are very respectful. The only thing they need is WiFi so I can work from there if needs be. Very easy thing to offer. I talked to them but they didnt really understand the need.Easily accessible on the southbound feeder lanes of the 75. I was there again today (8/22/2017) and the young kid helped me walk the spare tire I came to repair.

An issue came up duing my visit regarding the install that me and the tech disagreed with. The Manager Ivan stepped in and solved the issue in about the most professional manner possible. I see why he is the manager and yall are really lucky to have him for situations like these. Thanks! 4 stars.

I always get good service here. I only buy my tires from them. The only downside is they did not check tire pressure on my new set of tires. But they quickly fixed it and took care of me like they always do. As long as I drive I will only do business with them.

Ive been a customer at this location for years and never have they refused to air up a tire but they did today. Due to Covid, I havent driven in a while so my tires were low. He aired up all but one telling me he cant do it because it was too low. Im disabled and had to go do it myself. I was planning on purchasing new tires next month like Ive done here for over 15 years but not anymore. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I had a screw in my tire that they couldve patched, but upon further review my tread was dangerously low on all four tires so we decided to swap them out for new ones. Marcelino was great and didnt try to upsell me or anything. Plus when I asked for him to show me my old tires and explain the problem, he was kind enough to take me out to where my car was and explain it all. I was already a loyal Discount Tire customer, this was just another great experience.

Nobody is perfect but few step up and fix an error as quickly as this store at 75 & Midpark. Rueben goes above & beyond to treat you right. I noticed a wheel ctr cap was missing a few days after I had a leak fixed by them. Without hesitating he ordered me a new one. A few months before my wife had a tire blow out and while we waited a day to get the tire we wanted they put a quality loaner tire on as a courtesy.

I visit the location at Midpark and 75. The employees here are great. I have had one hiccup in the two years I have been a customer here.

This location is alright, maybe its the manager or maybe its the little sales guys. Nonetheless they were helpful, but the shop guys were ruthless, careless, reckless, and really no respect for their job. I mean, I could understand you get tired of the same repetitive job, as I would know how that is. I felt bad for arriving so late almost closing time on a Saturday, but my tire really needed the attention so I was anxious about driving around and just worried about having a blow out since the wire was showing on the side wall...but what do the guys do...? They are rude and you can hear them through the glass in the display room. Like I said I did feel awful for showing up last minute but if they knew how I greatly appreciated their service I am sure they would have had a different attitude. Dont they enjoy their pay, or is the environment so harsh it isnt even worth working so then their anger is out on the customers?

Earlier in the week another location told me the tire could not be repaired. So I appreciate the integrity and willingness to help me out. Made my day. I came trying to fix my flat. I was told the tire was not going to be able to be fixed. I did have a spare to use temporarily, but I needed to make it about a week until I could purchase a tire. I explained I was broke and had to make due. Sal the manager told be that wasnt safe and I would risk being in a dangerous situation. He was a blessing in disguise.. Sal GAVE ME A TIRE!!!. When I say I am sooo grateful.. I will never give my business to another tire shop if I can help it. IThat store has a life time customer. THANK YOU SAL!!!!

Fantastic company! After several cars hit the same debris on 75, which blew out two tires for all the cars cars, these guys worked overtime (literally staying after hours on a Saturday), to help us out and get us back on the road before the end of the day.The sales guy were also super knowledgeable about the tires, were able to answer my detailed questions, and make me aware of a rebate for my purchase (I would have bought the tires either way).Weve been coming here for years and will keep coming here as long were in the area.

This is probably the most honest and accommodating tire shop you will find. I changed 5 tires in a 2 month span last year. They made a frustrating two months bearable and helped me out the best they could.

Had to purchase 4 new tires. Was offered options in several price ranges & shown a comparison chart so I could make an informed decision. Great service...until I left. Tire pressure light came on but business was closed, so decided to take back next morning. Got in car this morning and tire was flat. NOT HAPPY! Now, have to alter my day to deal with a flat new tire AND they claim the tire needed is not in stock and wont be in until this afternoon. No sorry, no offer of any type. Im inconvenienced for 2 days. Poor customer service!

I am extremely happy with my service at this Discount tire. I went in to get my tires checked as the tire pressure monitoring system on my car was not working. I was treated with respect and they also checked my tires for wear. I was already planning to come in to replace them after a weekend trip; I knew they were wearing thin. There was no pressure to purchase new tires; in fact a couple of years ago I thought I needed new tires on a different car, and the technician honestly told me I did not need new tires, there were no problems with the tires, my problem was only weather related (rain). I researched tires on line and chose a set I felt met my needs and made an appointment. When I arrived the next week my appointment was honored and the new tires quickly installed. I appreciate the respect they show me as a woman who sometimes needs some advice and help. Jonathan, a tire technician, took time to help me out and I truly appreciate his service.

I came in to the central expressway location after work with a spare tire already on my car. Lee Langston was the one that helped me. I was already tired from work but Lee was soooo nice and patient with me. The customer service he gave me was amazing and is a model for how all people should be treated. I usually go to a different Discount Tire but I am going to be coming to this one from now one. I treated them with Tiffs Treats as a thank you for the excellent customer service.

I dont write many reviews and Ive only left positive reviews, but I changed my mind on this one. Ive been using Discount Tire/Americas Tire for the last 15 years. Gave them tons of business with work trucks and my personal vehicles. Over the past couple of years Ive been on the edge about their customer service and their up selling techniques. I took my truck to this location 2 days ago to add air before heading on a long trip. I waited 20 minutes. I could understand if they were busy, but they werent. Took it back again today for a nail from my trip and a rotation, balance. I also let them know I was having issues with my TPMS and asked if they would scan them. They said sure. Went to pick it up and the valve stem covers were not on and they didnt check my sensors. He gave me some run around and then told me hed look at them. No thanks. I guess my experience with Discount Tires has ran its course. Id rather pay a bit more and patronize a small family owned business where they appreciate their customers.Edit: Touching back just over a year from this review. I truly do not care about receiving a reply back from the manager or whoever at this location as it wont mean a thing to me. I guess by reading through the comments it is evident that this manager only cares about replying to 5 star reviews. I suppose keeping happy customers happy is more important than saving a previously happy customer. Keep up the good work and the lousy service.

Purchased full set of continental few months ago. Price was right, people were honest. Got a nail in one recently and they repaired it free of charge (didnt buy warranty on tires, its the way they do business). Spoke with Lee and guy is really pleasant to work with, but then everyone is. I would spend money here for tires.

Trouble with front desk kid on the day I went in, Mananger Sal helped smooth things over. When tires arrived they called me to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they dont have my info....including appointment. Steven has a big lack of customer service knowledge. Maybe its because Im a female? I watched him treat two males with the up most respect but my experience was different yet I acted no different than the guys. I dont get it. Anyway, my whole family uses discount. Three generations, we love it, but if suggest you avoid Steven. And possibly use another location, because while Sal seemed helpful and competent, unfortunately I encountered two problems in one week under his management. To be fair I probably now expect issues with this location. They just dont have it together. Ive been using discount over ten years and this is my first issue ever so I give three stars. Based on my experience with this location, if have given 1 star. 🤤

This store and its staff are top-notch. I had a tire consistently losing pressure, so I came in for a free tire check. I set an appointment ahead of time, and was helped very quickly once I came into the store. Johnny was extremely helpful, clear, and honest about the state of my tires (good and totally adequate, but note great). He recommended that I have the tires rotated because of uneven wear (also free).The crew found a screw in my tire, and plugged and patched it. They then rotated all four tires. They finished in 30 minutes or less. AND, they did all of this for FREE.Excellent business strategy between the free service and the excellent staff, because you better believe that when Im in the market for tires, Im going straight to this Discount Tire.

Set my appointment for new tire consultation last night. Showed up and they gave me a couple options for recommended tires. Made my choice, receiving no pressure in getting the more pricey option. They gave me an estimated time in how long it would take, which was already an acceptable amount of time, but they got it done sooner than that. Great staff, everyone says hi or good morning as youre passing. This is the second vehicle Ive had new tires put on by this shop. Will continue to use them.

They were out of the tires I originally wanted, so they drove to a warehouse to get another brand of the same size tires I needed the very day I called (and I called in the early afternoon, so not much notice). I needed them replaced that day, as I had a road trip the next day. They were super helpful in accommodating my last minute request. Not only that, they were completely out of the brand I had originally wanted, so they worked out a nice deal with me on a different brand. Unfortunately one of worst experiences Ive had with a discount tire location - after selling a tire that separated, upon coming back, they:1) had the car for three days without fixing it (after saying theyd have it done in one)2) never called, leaving me to call each day to see what was going on3) apparently had their supplier miss three consecutive deliveries without trying to figure out what was going on (or let me know)4) finally, on day three, had me drive the car on a partially separated tire to a different location that replaced it within an hour.The guys here were very polite each time, but unfortunately just did a rough job at every possible step here.

These guys fixed a tire patch super quickly so I could make a docs appointment. I’m from out of town and they were very helpful and quick. Really appreciated the service
