Called to price check a head unit installation. Customer supplies all the materials from wiring harnesses to mounting all they have to do is plug it up. Told me $500.00 umm no thanks Ill keep looking around.

Business has went downhill, they have lost all good help. The current guy at the counter can’t listen to a customer because he’s to busy talking about his private life and brief career as a cop. I hope they are able to find better suited help. Other than that it’s always been good business. The manager has always been great. I hate to see a good business suffer.

Had them install air bags and a compressor system on my truck and they done great! Very professional and Dusty made everything a breeze from drop off to pick up! I will be back!

I needed an older jeep part for one my XD rims. Dusty did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be more happy! He is super great to work with and will do anything to get your part to you! Would recommend this shop for all your parts :)

Had them do an install today which they said they could do pretty easily and they completely messed it up. And when I confronted them about it they denied it and tried to cover up their mistakes by putting bigger washers and nuts instead of the provided hardware, which is gonna end up rotting my trunk and already starting to scratch the paint on the left side of my trunk. I still paid full price. After being calm and explaining my disappointment I was asked to go back after I order new parts to give them a second chance. Which will not happen on my dime.

Took my 2018 f150 in for lift and tires and wheels. Was greatest with professional courtesy and respect. Was very easy to deal with, I will be taking all my business to them for now on. More or less was very satisfied with them. Highly recommend them for your business.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Brandon was very knowledgeable in helping me find a new radio for my car and made sure to explain what I could expect for cost. Levi did an amazing job putting in the new radio and back up camera. He got in the car with me and showed me all the new features I didn’t have with my old one. To go above and beyond, Levi was able to take the old radio apart and pull out a cd that was stuck inside. If I ever need anything customized on my car again, I would go back here because of how great both of these guys were! They made me love my car just as much as the day I bought it! Thank you!

I recently stopped by their showroom to look over options for my Father truck.My Father walks with a cane and has a hard time reaching into the bed of his truck. The salesman was very knowledgeable and showed me some of the options they offer. I am very hopeful on the items we discuss and will be taking my Father by to pick out which item fulfills his needs.I am really excited to have somewhere local to go to and not drive all the way to Nashville or Knoxville. A+++ shopping experience!

Sadly this is the only ARE topper dealer in town. The owner/manager was extremely under informed about ARE products. I price shopped other dealers and they all seemed much more professional and knowledgeable by comparison. I chose to go with Cumberland Customs anyway because it was much closer, but I wish I had gone elsewhere. The installation had some issues and the installer left a huge gap between my rear hatch and tailgate and the latch does not close correctly. I would not recommend this business to anyone and I will not be back.

They installed spring assists on the back springs of my Toyota Tacoma a few years ago so that I could carry heavier loads. After hundreds of heavy loads, one of the springs slid towards the back. CC moved it back into place quickly and free of charge!

These guys are great and do some solid work. Price is on point as well. Tim’s a great guy. I’ll be using them for all of my customizing needs for future projects.
