Very disorganized. The customer service I received was by far the worst I’ve experienced. Charged me for services that were not performed. Total rip off! Will not recommend to anyone and will not be taking my business here.

Cheapest brake pad replacement I’ve found in Chula Vista. $60 for a replacement $40 for the pads down the street at AutoZone with a lifetime warranty.Got it done the same day, drove out very happy that I can Stop my car again 😂

My encounter with On Broadway Auto Care started as a pure coincidence when I first drove to the shop months ago due to part replacement. In each of the three instances it was one of the most economical and a professional mechanic work I have received ranging from brake pads and discs to suspension to all other linkage parts replacement.The proprietor owner of the business is very organized and friendly and so are the mechanics. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I spoke to Xavier on the phone and he said he could take care of my problem I needed a new fuel filter for my generator on my motorhome to my surprise they took off the fuel filter and the fuel pump and replaced both of them at a cost of $390 if they had just replaced the fuel filter it would have cost about $20 for the fuel filter and 50 to $75 for labor and it only took them 10 minutes to take it off in 10 minutes to put it on but I had to wait 2 hours for him to go get the part when they could have got the fuel filter at most any Auto Parts store just because I was driving a motorhome and I was from out of state they stuck it to me the only reason that I gave them only one star is that at least now it works
