They did amazing on my daughters birthday banner! Im trying to figure out how to upload a picture on here. It was quick and timely and it was the same price range as Amazon! ( backstop I ordered a banner from Amazon took 2 months and they put a different name on the banner). Always prefer small businesses, should have went to them in the first place. They do alot of stuff!

Overall I was very pleased with the product. I ordered two recognition plaques in a bamboo finish and provided the design myself. They did an excellent job on the plaques and I was very pleased with how they turned out.I would have given this review 5 stars if it wasnt for the lack of follow up. Everything came down to the last minute and there was some confusion with email replies. I hadnt responded to their proof because I initially sent them the design with a different email address (my fault). However, I kind of wish they would have taken the extra step and followed up by phone after I hadnt responded.I called the morning I requested them to be done and they still hadnt been completed. After some discussion they expedited the products and completed them later that afternoon. I appreciate them stepping up and getting it down to make things right. Again, the product turned out great and I was very pleased.I would recommend their service.

New siding calls for a new house number. Ive always wanted one with green vines (the forest green numbers dont show up very well in the pic). I didnt like the on line/store choices, and I had no idea where to get a house number plaque made. Crown Trophy, of course. Such courteous assistance and interest in choosing what type of plaque, designing background using images on line, and tweaking things as numbers were added. Plenty of time and sharing of ideas as we progressed. I was delighted, and excited about a dream come true. It was ready in 5 days. It will hang on my gate for many years. Horrible. Ordered tshirts for soccer team and they took a month to print. The worst part: the shirts were completely not what we ordered. The tshirt itself was a different color and texture and the lettering was different colors. The owners didnt even accept their mistake. Instead they blamed it on the women who ordered. Do not go here. Worst service ever.

I would give it less stars if I could. No one there is helpful to talk to. Deadlines are not met and if you call asking about the order they act put out by it and still don’t get it done. I had to call twice after an order today even though I was told it would be ready this morning it still wasn’t done by three...Take your business elsewhere.
