I had to take my car back after my car was fixed my Toyota collision center from my wreck.Josalyn at the Collision center made sure the body work was done correctly.Now the service center next door put my new rim and tire on without making sure my tire and rim was balanced.So I had to make an appointment on Saturday and sit there from 10 a.m. Until 12 so they could do the work they should have done in the first place.Oh well at least they fixed it right the second time.

I think it is a top service center in Houston just my opinion.

Toyota is the best! Affordable check up and they sent me pictures of my car explaining the check up in my email. All was fine with my car.

Once I found a guy who was willing to talk to me I got great service.

They were very busy the day I was there and let me know ahead of time it could take 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was performed as requested. Service representative did not go over maintenance recommendations when I picked up car.

In and out in a reasonable time for service.

This is the second issue i have there. Yesterday the oil change techs were hanging out at my truck while they were supposed to be changing my oil three of them we outside my drivers side door and one was sit sideways in my drivers seat with the door open. I just happened to look up from reading and stood up and walked over and stared at them and they noticed me and dispersed. When they eventually finished and I paid I went and inspected my truck there was a greasy substance on the top of my drivers door my hood and my fenders. There wasnt even and attempt on their part to wipe it off ! For a $75 oil change ?!!!

Really helpful and understanding.My car had to be put in the shop for repairs because of a warranty repair. They were super communicative and worked fast to get my car back to me in a timely fashion.

It was great but I was with someone else.Who was doing business.

They take great care in my wifes vehicles and they are super reasonable in their estimates and repairs. Nice to the older folks too.

Talked to Mike the manager on my first visit. He was awesome, explained everything, even helped me find a good priced mechanic. 2nd trip in, I explained everything that was going on, could not have been more clear about it. They did nothing, couldnt tell me what was wrong with my original problem, only that I needed something that was already fixed. I basically paid 130$ to sit there for 2 hours with 2 toddlers. I will never be back there! Ever!
