I am giving them a four because they worked me in. I was from out of town and check engine light turned on. I was there 5 hours waited 3 for the diagnostic and two for it to be fixed. They offered a complimentary car wash that I accepted. It was not completed when I arrived to get my car. Also, I requested they check my tire pressure and its was not done. Good thing is they do offer Uber ride where you would like to go and pick you up to return.

Poor customer service, staff unattentive, and unfriendly. Poor quality job overall. Unwelcoming environment.

Had an issue with my tire rotation and they corrected the problem ASAP. They were professional and understanding of the situation and did a great job resolving it. 100% satisfied and why I choose to use this location instead of the one closer to my home. Great customer service!!

The service advisors need serous training on people skills. From the moment we walked in the gentleman had a attitude. I figured maybe thats just his personality so didnt make it a issue, but as my vehicle has been in the service for a week and it sat there for 3 days before it was worked on and only because we continued to for status updates. Then we were in contact with the warranty rather than the service advisor basically doing his job. He failed to write down extended warranty information we provided, failed to call them until after the 2 day of us continuing to try and get a hold of him which he states Im a busy person i have other things to do, then fails to relay messages to our extended warranty as to what needs to actually be worked on. Not sure what this service advisors purpose is aside to relay messages to the actual service tech who works on vehicles, because apparently he is incompetent to even collect a extended warranty number, call them, explain details of issues with our vehicle as well as being able to contact us the PAYING customers about our vehicle.

Fixed something under warranty. Broke something else. Didnt bother to tell my friend. Not sure I would come back if I was him. Sharing because he doesnt.

I made an appointment for 8:00 am., showed up at 7:50 a.m. and it took 2 hours.The people are very courteous but what was the appointment for? Does it really take 2 hours to change oil, rotate tires and wash the car?

Brough my GMC Sierra in for a diagnostic. Told them about the ticking noise and that I thought it was a lifter. They told me they did the diagnostic and lifters were fine but they found something wrong with the ball joints. $900 later, ball joints replaced. Truck is now at a Chevy dealer and it has a bad lifter and extensive damage from continuing to drive with the bad lifter. All they care about it making money. They give GMC dealers a bad name.

From having been a first time buyer to a repeat customer; to getting approved to get the exact truck I wanted a one owner Denali 2500HD.Esteban Ambriz helped me out through out the entire car buying process even went as far as to give me credit building advice through out the years.His customer service is best. Any time I needed something he’s prompt to pick up the phone, contacts you with a reminder, and is prompt to get your vehicle maintenance scheduled and taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

They did an incredible job and very timely.

I was impressed with the check in and how soon my car was ready. I normally expect a 2-3 hour wait for an oil change. This day I was told 3hr min but was offered an uber ride home. I received a call less than 2 hours later saying my car was ready but they thought I needed a new battery and another maintenance item which would take additional time. I okd the additional work and in less than an hr I received a call that my car was ready including being washed which I did not expect. By far the best service experience Ive had at this location. Improvements have been made in the last year.

Not recommend they told me to take my truck knowing I had problems with it drove 30 mile and I got there they said oh we can not help you with your truck we only work newer models. They are very rude and disrespectful NOT RECOMMENDED

Great service

I gave this place one star, if I could give it no stars I would. Horrible customer service all the way around. Was supposed to receive a phone call from management but never did and I absolutely will not waste anymore of my time on this dealership. I will say that I failed to check the reviews on this dealership prior to my visit and definitely regret it. Ended up taking my vehicle to another dealer, who fixed my issues, and was basically in and out with excellent customer service.

Clean and quick service

None of my fluids were topped off and I was very low on trans. Fluid. But they did have time to tell me its time to change it. And half washed my truck.
