Ive bought a few scooters from around town before, but nothing compares to the costumer service that I was greeted with today! To be honest I had a really good time here and bought myself a brand new scooter! It was a 50cc 2021 scooter! They have a wide variety of motorcycles, I do wish they had more scooters! The place is really empty due to supply chain issues. Italy and Japanese it doesnt matter.

I had a 4000 mile service on my Kymco scooter. Although it was pricy my scooter is running great. We dont have many choices for scooter repair in Albuquerque so I I hope this shop will survive.

I walked into the store the end of July 2020. The salesperson never greeted us, acknowledge, or even look in our direction. I was ready to buy a scooter. Cash in hand. Oh well.

Parts and Service manager Rob didnt want to try to talk to me about working on a clutch assembly or hand the phone to a tech who could tell me whether they could do the work. He SHOULD be going out of his way to get the work and keep any potential customers happy.

Bought a moped from them on Friday, picked it up tuesday because they said they needed to make sure its was good to go, and then it stopped working the next day. The person that sold it to me said that he did a full maintenance check on it and it was fine. Had to get it towed (didnt reimburse me), and they got confrontational when I asked for a refund. Im not coming back to them.

Tiny selection and when you need help with anything that’s not a discount vespas, they won’t be bothered. Plus they like to get confrontational if you press the issue.

These guys rock.. Very knowledge . honest pricing.. Only certified kymco repairs in town ...

Their junior mechanic worked diligently to find the issue with my scooter, but could not identify it. Im betting he worked on it for nearly two hours, but they didnt charge me.My only quibble is that they are quite difficult to find. I did laps until I realized theyre attached to a Honda motorsports and a SmartCar dealership.

Awesome dealership.
