I had a check engine light on my 2020 Ram. We were visiting family here for a few days while looking for our retirement home. The other Dodge dealer in Lafayette wouldnt schedule my service for two weeks. Acadiana Dodge South got me in the same day I called. The service for my check engine light was quick and professional. The diesel mechanic explained the problem in detail. Acadiana Dodge South will be the service center for my Ram when we move down here.

My vehicle was diagnosed same day and repaired that day. Excellent service. Excellent communication.

4 times in for the same reason. Loud noise coming from the front of car. In fact from the oil filter housing. This last visit i was told that i modifies my resonator in the back of my car which is causing my engine to sound loud. I do believe that is incorrect. It only enhances the exhaust. Not the engine. I would show a pic of their findings but cannot on here. Also they never mentioned that i sent videos of the sound and also videos of the uspb ports not working using the correct charging cable. Another issue i had. I just would really like clarification on how a muffler makes a whining noise in the front of vehicle. ???? Thanks for getting my resonator voided from my warranty.

I recently purchased a Minivan from courtesy. I worked with Calvin, who was absolutely wonderful! The whole team here, Calvin, Smitty, and Chris (GM) were MORE than accommodating. Stayed in my budget, played with my kids (Calvin may have earned a side babysitting job!), and were very friendly AND honest, without being pushy.Even the service department! This place is a joke do not do business here and then god forbid u let them work on ur vehicle it will just break weeks later the same damn thing and leave u stranded

The service department ROCKS !!! I dropped my car off yesterday evening after work 4:45 PM and I expressed to them I would need it back by the next afternoon; its before nine and my car is finished !!! Chris (great service manager ) informed me that the tech that worked on my car stayed late last night to assure it would be done today. Sorry I do not know that techs name or I would honor his work ethics and share his name.I wish I could give more then five stars this place is surely a TEN!!!!I have two different reviews for two different daysI just purchased a truck here and Calvin and Bill will go the extra to make sure you are happy with your choice. They by far exceeded any purchase experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle I would recommend them to everyone. five star dealership !!!

Courtesys service department is the best!!! I had previously taken my jeep to another dealership for a warranty issue and after 2 separate trips back to their service department the problem still wasnt fixed. I contacted Courtesy Dodge South and explained what was going on with my vehicle and I immediately felt more confident in their service depatment from just a conversation on the phone! I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon my vehicle was ready for pickup...issue fixed! I cannot say enough good things about the service department here but they are by far way more superior than any dealership around! Chris, Aaron and the entire service department will continue to get my business and I will recommend them to anyone needing their assistance. High fives, 2 thumbs up and a hell yeah from this girl!!! The revviews here are older and everything has changed at the dealership. I bought a brand new jeep Gladiator from the Abbeville location on 2-4-2020. I was so excited i got my dream vechile. I decided to take a trip to New Orleans .i got into the vechile leave. The jeep did not start.Here we are Sunday still without a vechile to drive. I had go round and round till this afternoon then they told me i could have a vechile if i needed one for today but i would have to bring it back to the place that was rented from tomorrow. Here i am strandeed in new Orleans. Still no Vechile to get me back to Gueydan La. Im at the mercy of friend to let me stay at their house. Im having to stsy in new Orleans until they get my heep fixed. What happened to customer service. If Abbeville, la dealership would of come and had my vechile towed and brought me another vechille to go home i would not be stranded in New Orleans..tomorrow will be day no. 3 and im still in new Orleans . I paid extra for roadside assistance but was refused when i called them to help me they said cause its Sunday they couldnt help me.

Had an appointment to get work done 3 days from my call. Parts were supposed to be in stock and ready to install. Called to check before i came in day of appointment, they said come in. After a 40 min drive they tell me they dont have the parts. Couldnt tell me that overt the phone. Is everyone is Louisiana stupid or just this one town?
