Happy Fourth of July! Proud to Be an American! The National Anthem consists of four verses. On almost every occasion only the first verse is sung. Have you ever heard the other verses?  Oh, say can you see by the dawn’s early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
