They have great service they help you out whenever they can and if they dont have it they can they can get it for you love buying things from the store

I got my wedding ring soldered together. And I waited for it longer than expected which was fine. But I didn’t expect to get my ring and it not be completely even. There is a gap in between my wedding band and my engagement ring. And it’s only on one side so it doesn’t even look right. Really disappointed. 🥺

My husband and I shopped for a few items at the local Kay Jewelers and the sales team helped us immensely. Both ladies were professional and we purchased several items after being shown what we asked to see and having any questions that we asked answered satisfactorily. Great place to find anything you want in the way of beautiful jewelry!

Although my rings looks amazing after being replated and resized. I have two bands and a wedding ring all bought at separate Kays. The one in Waco was the ONLY place where I had crappy service. someone with the name Venetra Love assisted me when I dropped off my ring. She was ridiculously rude and so unprofessional. Apparently shes worked there awhile... (because she kept telling me shes been there for 11 years) but honey your customer service skills belong at McDonalds. Next time I have to get my ring serviced ill scope the place out and make sure Mrs. Ghetto thing aint there!

First off the customers service was great,very polite and helpful.So I went in a couple weeks ago regarding my new wedding ring to get resized. They gave me a specific date it would be in and that date has passed and i still havent recieved it. The company needs to change their policy with employees on giving dates on when the items will be in. How can you give a date of when the item will be in that lands on a weekend when they dont even recieve packages on weekends in the first place. Very unprofessional. If it was up to me, I would have went else where to purchace my wedding ring. Now i have to reschedule pictures for a later date even though i took the day off work today because my ring was scheduled to be in today (but they dont recieve packages on the weekends) . This business isnt reliable

They dont carry the charms anymore in store.
