Customer service is outstanding and patient with you whenever placing an order over the phone. But they fall flat on actually placing the order. Ive had two instances where Ive called and placed an order on a custom door but they have neglected to place the order at all. So now Im stuck waiting another 2 weeks for it to be made and arrive.

Went to pick up some ceiling grid. Only needed a few pieces but they handled it like a big order. Was in and out in no time. And they have a popcorn machine!!
