Had a bolt stuck in tire. Wasnt sure what to do. Supervisor for today on june 19th said couldnt be plugged due to position in tire but offered to spray and see if was leaking. Was not leaking. I took bolt out and it was so small it had not punctured tire. Tire pressure good. Glad he decided to just go an extra mile for service. I found favor with God and the supervisor.

Horrible I got there around 6:50 because they open at 7:00 a.m. so that I could be one of the first customers I waited to 7:15 I asked all the associates that was surrounding me did they know where they they was open and nobody knew I waited until 7:45 before I finally got an answer that they will not be open until 9:00 or 10:00 with no notice or anything and I still cant get any help at the auto center as far as buying some stuff out the case no associate came

Just received the Customer Service of the week. I purchased an item that requires a test before exchange.Tested in May, and told no exchange.Today, knowing, the exchange happened.Going out of way to treat me as a good cyst.Thanx

It took 4 hours to change my oil! I would have went another time had someone told me it would take that long. I was told there were 4 cars in front of me, but surely it still shouldnt have taken 4 HOURS!

Blew a tire on the road. Called 20 miles away, got off the exit and went all the way through town miles out of my way because the guy said he pulled a tire for me and could install in a few minutes (trailer). When I got there the they had a 4 1/2 hour wait. Complete waste of my time and fuel. Worse misleading service I’ve had in a long time!

I am upset - I asked them to rotate my tires - the guy sad they didnt need it so he didnt rotate them - I bought them there

It takes hours to get a tire change they dont have the equipment to change my oil I have to go dealership each time so I dont get no kind of employee discount

Slow lazy staff took 3hrs to put on a set of tires cause they wanted to stand around after every step
