Worst costumer service ever experienced . they sell second hand clothing . not sure if they re-sell returned items or if items come with defects and once purchase you are stuck with such item so if you work hard for ya money this store isnt worth spending a dime. . . . I was given a birthday present from this cheap store n it was ripped across the chest my girlfriend thought it was the style of the t-shirt . But once i went to exchange it i was deny the exchange . i was also told it was used. And ripped when i never even put the shirt on . so thats how i know they are selling second hand shirts as well as broken / defected & material not worth buying even tho is super cheap but its for a reason .

This store is HORRIBLE!!! I purchased a polo from there 3 days ago. Went to wear it to work today and the size wasnt true to fit. Was an XL but fit like a M. Tried to exchange it today with the tag still on it and receipt but was denied for there being what was assumed to be sweat marks around the neck which was not from me since I wasnt able to even get the polo on in the first place. Now I am stuck with a shirt that I will never wear. I will NEVER go back there again.

Great customer service but the quality of clothing is poor. An XL is really a medium for women. Overcrowded racks can’t even look for size. Never again
