In the service department Ben has always been very helpful and on point. Hes helped me out most of the time and its been excellent. This guy needs a raise just saying!

My car is Burning through turbos bearings, so I had my car taken there to diagnose why fuel is leaking into the oil, but they refused service because I wouldnt pay them 3000 for a new turbo.Why would anyone pay for a new turbo when the issue destroying the turbos is not resolved?Its maddening that they are trying to extort me for 3000.00 instead of just taking my money to diagnose the root cause of failure.I have plenty of documentation showing why the turbo has failed, and oil sample testing showing that there is diesel fuel in the motor oil, there is no reason to burn out another turbo when the root cause is oil contamination.

Worst customer service between sales and sales managers. They will call you 5 times making sure you are coming in, are not in a rush to let you kniw unfortunately it didnt turn out through there banks when they already said you were approved. Had issues when we bought a car and now with getting our daughter into a used car. We will never again do business with them or the Dodgr side nor would we ever recommend anyone to do business with them as well.

The salesman was great to work with our trade in first. Extremely knowledgeable in the truck we wanted and was a very nice. The finance USMC, thanks for his service, was excellent.

I will never buy another vehicle from port lavaca Chevy. At first every one seemed very nice. I had no issues with the sales associate. However the finance manager was very pushy and even got a little aggressive when I almost backed out of my purchase. There was a misunderstanding in payment and he moved some numbers around and I still did not understand. He did not explain it very well. In the end he said he “waived” the downpayment that I didn’t have saying he had room to eat up the costs so of course it sounded good. He never went over the financing again and handed me my keys and folder. I had a crying baby and hungry kids so I wanted to just hurry up and leave. When I got home I realized he sold me the vehicle waaaaaay over listing price and I didn’t not receive a credit for my trade in. I was supposed to have 4,000 off the new vehicle instead it went up that much. I tried speaking with the sales associate the next Monday but he just ignored my texts. The deal was not great and I got ripped off my trade in. Worse dealership ever!!!

Manny was super helpful throughout the entire experience! He was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs perfectly and really made sure the process was as simple as possible. Hes a great guy with awesome customer service and I will go back to him for my future vehicles!

Service was good but I was promised a free tank of gas but everytime I ask about it. They say the pump is broke or they dont have any gas. Just take it to the store across the street and fill it up then.

I think they were more focused on selling me a new car, rather than the 4 or 5 year old Tahoe or Denali I wanted. And they succeeded because who wouldnt rather have a new car? As I was leaving, not very much time was spent with me by the salesman to go over everything--he was obviously done with me, even tho lip service denied it. He saw that the washer fluid warning was on and did nothing about it, so I had to deal with it myself. Not what you expect when picking up a brand new car. Was kind of a let down.

We had an appointment at 4:00pmWhen we pulled up to the service drive we sat in our truck waiting for someone to come out to greet us, I had to go in to look for someone when I walked in the service writer was to busy texting on her phone then when she came out she never greeted us or asked our name. I told her what I wanted done as far as needing my oil changed tire rotated and balanced the first thing she said was well I will see what I can do.My wife spoke up and said well we have it scheduled she never acknowledged anything that she said. Later I went ouside to check on my truck to see if it was done.It was parked outside the shop I waited a few minutes nobody ever came to look for me so I went looking for the service writer and she was just there visiting with a couple of workers.This is our 2nd time taking our Truck there for service.Your service writers do not go over what they did or tell you if any of the other fluids where in need of servive. This first time I was there I asked if they checked the fluids the service writer at that time said they do check them but they do not refill them.. My question is whats the purpose in checking if they dont refill them.I have bought many vehicles from other dealerships. I can honestly say this dealership is and has been our worst experience.The only thing the service writer did for us is answer a few questions for me. I asked if I have to take my truck back to this dealership for service she said no that I could take it to any dealership so with that being said I will not be back as long as its not needed there nor would I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. No body there is friendly whats so ever..They all are in need of some serious customer service training.As I walked around the dealership not one of the salesman or any of the employees was wearing a mask with this Coronavirus going on you would think it would be of some kind of concern, the mens and womens bathrooms where both dirty spelled of urine.So no I will not be back if I dont have to take my truck in there for service. It would be worth trading my truck into a different dealership just so I wouldnt have to go back there.Thank you for sending me your survey..

After reading mostly good reviews for this dealership I was very disappointed with my experience. I let the sales person know about an hour and a half before I showed up, that I was coming in to see a truck. When I got there the the fuel tank was on empty, which didnt allow for a very thorough test drive. When we sat down to go over the numbers, the price of the truck had increased by about $1500. The whole experience felt pressured and a little shady. Im not gonna say to never shop here, but I will not be making the drive again.

Was all fine and pleasant until I decided to not buy a car and after requesting my keys back of my potential trade in car the salesman returned with his manager (Im assuming) the manager was not pleasant and spoke over me. He came off as someone with delusions of grandeur. After asking for my keys four times they finally walked me back inside to get them and when I did I shook the managers hand and made a move towards the door. He didnt let go of my hand and pulled me back towards. If you come to this dealership I do not recommend talking with the fat bald guy.

Buyer beware! I recently saw a vehicle online for sale. After speaking to a sales men about it, I was told that his manager would give me a heck of a deal if I was to go in for a test drive. I explained I was from the Rio Grande Valley and I wanted to know what a heck of a deal was before I took an 8 hour round trip. After 2 days I was able to get on the phone with (Gabe) the manager. Gabe told me he couldnt go any lower then what it showed online. I understood and we parted ways. 2 minutes later I get a phone call and it was Gabe. I was willing to pay the online price but my negotiations were I would pay that price with tax title and licence. After a little back and forth he agreed to make the deal. I drove 4 hours from my home town to this place and after I was greeted by the sales men I met with Gabe. He then told me he was not going to do the deal and that he could do better at an auction. I did not agree to his terms and left. Obviously he did keep his word and commitment he promised me. I have left messages for the Manager Mr. Roche and I have not gotten a response. Needless to say, after reading the reviews Im glad I didnt give them my business. I would rather lose my 8 hours of traveling time and money then get bad service and bad sales managers from this place. I dont understand how this place can still be in business with this kind of poor management. What a shame!

Dealership undervalued my trade in too much. I got what I wanted vehicle-wise but should have been given a much better deal especially being a return customer. I know where Im not going next time. Ruben is a great salesman though...he is great at communicating and following up. He earned the 3 stars...the fifth would have been the sales manager not shafting me.

Would like to thank Melissa Martinez for wasting my day! After email after email on 8/8/19 . She even called and assured me all was good to go. So when we head that way all of a sudden she doesnt answer texts calls emails etc. ..so I talk to magic Mike or Bob or whatever his name was and he assures me there is no recollection of anything Melissa and I had gone over all day. Pretty upsetting and disappointed because of the lies. When I emailed her this morning telling her I was pretty much dissatisfied at how things went she responds later...o I was already gone when you sent the last emails. It wouldve been nice to know. I kept the emails to prove it. Anyway lesson learned.

Worst customer service ever I bought my truck I early Thursday morning at 10 oclock they didnt see it until 5 oclock on friday they said they were not going to be able to get to it until monday or Tuesday I bought a battery asked to put it on they tried to charge me 70 dollars to put a battery bought it back monday they said because I took it it put all the way in the back so it would probably be until Wednesd to look at my truck terrible I will never bring nothing to these guys again

DO NOT BUY A CHEVY TRAVERSE. These people totally gave me a Low-ball trade-in offer. Kept my keys while doing the HOURS of negotiating and trying to make a deal. After getting worn down, I made the mistake of buying a 2017 Chevy Traverse, about 22k miles. Within a few weeks, check engine light already on (evap leak) and last night the car went in REVERSE WHEN PUT IN DRIVE. Turned car off and back on, then it acted normal again. Dont buy from this place! And notice how they only respond to POSITIVE reviews on here without trying to win over those with NEGATIVE reviews!

Do Not Trust these people. Last year I accompanied my 85 yr old friend to buy a vehicle from these jerks. Found the SUV he liked, he and the sales/finance people agreed to $15,500 total cost out the door. Unfortunately he had forgotten his reading glasses. They got him to step into another room separate from me and got him to sign paperwork for over $23K before I could read it over for him. Now this 85 yr old veteran has a car payment over his budget. He and his lawyer called the manager who refused to change anything. FYI, the finance guy we dealt with was Toby and the salesperson was Louis.
