Unlike the rest of South Florida thats into the marble look, and quartz, I was in the market for something truly striking. I found that in Quartzite. Natural stone is far harder to work with, and not often installed. So, I was happy that I found Counter Kings. The installers that came to template were respectful and knowledgeable on how to work with natural materials and they quickly got to work on my massive kitchen renovation (i had to purchase 4 slabs!). While the installation had to happen in phases, Counter Kings communicated frequently with us. There was a small hiccup, but management was receptive to my concerns, and quickly got to work to find the best solution. By the time the job was finished, I couldnt have been more satisfied. Not only did my kitchen look like something from architectural magazines, I have found a South Florida company that really does do right by their customers. Im sure the issues I experienced are one in a million, and what readers should take away from my review is that this company really cares about their work and their clients. After learning that the unique piece of quartz that I had ordered from another company, and left a deposit for, was damaged and no longer available, I was devastated. They were unable to replace it with the same quartz or anything acceptable to me. I was referred to Counter Kings by my contractor. I immediately went to the store and met with Larry. I was looking for a remnant for my vanity countertop and nothing that was on site was what I was looking for. I told Larry what I really wanted and lo and behold, he was able to get me exactly what I wanted. After ordering the piece, Larry kept in touch with daily updates. Everything he promised happened. I was ecstatic when the countertop was installed. It’s gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everything was done professionally and with customer care. Counter Kings is the way to go! Great company, great guys to work with . I had been looking for a competent and professional countertop provider to fabricate and install granite tops for me and luckily I found the Kings. They will come out to wherever you are and get the job done at the best prices in town.

Fabricators and installers are very detailed oriented and nice guys. They made a few errors and were able to fix them.Supervisor Max had a hard time fitting me into their busy schedule and had to come back 6-7 times for a small kitchen installation which was insane while making me feel like it’s my fault somehow.Owner JP is completely insane and very unprofessional. He yelled and me and my husband every time we talked for no reason.We had an agreement of 50% upfront and 50% after the job is complete. He expected a payment when the job was partially complete and they needed to come back to fix a few things. After I asked him to complete the job then payment he got extremely nasty, bullying and straight up yelling.Would never deal with this company again especially JP.He has no idea what customer service is.

Excellent customer service. I designed a custom made table and they did it exactly how I wanted it. Pedro also gave me great advice on the kind of stone I needed for outdoors and guided me through the process. Less than a week later, It was perfectly installed. It was an easy process. Fair price and very profesional job. I will definitely work with them for future projects.

I would highly recommend Counter Kings to anyone needing their type of service. We wanted to replace our old Corian counter tops in the kitchen and decided on the quartzite option. They removed the old counters, measured the templates, and installed the new counters within a weeks time. Very professional and a perfect installation. I will definitely use them again for future projects which will most likely be our bathroom counters. Thanks for the great work!
