We purchased our kitchen cabinets from GC Supply in September and the initial order process went smoothly. After that, issues were emerged that we did not expect. The original cabinets we ordered were out of stock so a (former) employee suggested that we choose another manufacturer. We were told that they were the exact same cabinets we originally ordered. Note that this transaction was completed over the phone so we did not see the replacements. When the cabinets arrived we noticed they were not the same and some parts were missing and/or not correct. There was a lot of back and forth on how this should be fixed with absolutely no support from the manufacturer. After about three weeks with no results David Belovicz, the owner of GC Supply, came to the rescue and fixed all of our issues at his expense. His approach to the problem was definitely customer service oriented and the fixes were completed to our satisfaction. Since our situation seems to be an isolated incident, we would definitely use GC Supply again. A special shout out to Kesley and Christian for coordinating the necessary fixes.

99 Floors was a preferred supplier from a major tile distributor in the area. I called 99 Floors to request a quote for a particular tile I was interested in. Izabella, who is the Office Manager, called the distributor for pricing and immediately put a quote together for us; which we approved and paid for.Several days later when the tile arrived, 99 Floors found out that there was an error in the price quoted by the distributor to them (not in my favor). This resulted in a quick phone call and email from Bella to notify me of the error made. She gave me all the details and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I responded back and asked her to give me some time to think about it.She spoke to David and they quickly resolved the issue which turned out to be favorable to all of us and made me an offer that I couldnt refuse.These people are great to work with. They understand customer service, they are professional, communicative and served us very well.We received the tile we wanted and my project will continue without delay.They made my wife and I very happy and we will continue to shop there for all my project needs.

Ive been all over town shopping and no one beats the price selection or service that GC Supply offers. If you are doing any renovation I recommend purchasing your materials from them. They have everything from baseboards to kitchens even doors. No need to go to home Depot or floor and decor. This is a one stop shop. I recently moved to Ohio and I wish they would open a store in Cleveland.

I purchased a floor from David and his company 99 cent flooring. I am extremely disappointed of the quality and the durability of the floor. 99 cent flooring cells cheap low quality products made in China does not stand or compares with similar floors sold by Lumber Liquidators. David repeatedly lies and misrepresents his products and could care less about doing the right thing do not I repeat do not purchase anything from 99 cent flooring buyer beware. I should know better when I saw that he has a poor review on Ripoff Report.
