False advertising they do not “approve everyone”. Very difficult process to get thru just to apply. I went with my daughter as she applied and was going to purchase a vehicle, unfriendly staff and a very difficult application process especially to be a buy here pay here lot. Paystubs bank statements mail and all personal information was provided by daughter, she did not have 40 hour paycheck stubs so they denied her, not everyone gets approved. I applied as a co signer, provided all documentation requested and we still did not leave with a vehicle or solid “yes” for approval. I’ve worked in the medical field for 25 years and have good credit. We will go to a real dealership

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I decided to give them a try because I saw good reviews online(later to find out they offer people free gas to give them a review). I spoke with a salesman about purchasing a car and had all the details worked out. He said I needed my 2 most recent pay stubs, proof of residence and a down payment and he would get me taken care of. I was completely honest that I had been at my current job a month, I had fallen for a shady car dealer before and bought a car that broke down twice in a month and I returned it to him then he put a repo on my credit. Salesman assured me that would not be an issue and to come by first thing in the morning and he would have it ready for me. I show up as soon as they open only to find out that he never put me in the system and have him take another customer and try to sale him the exact car we had spoken about the previous day. I ended up working with James who was very nice and professional so I got a good feeling and decided to stay. After over an hour, he told me he thought it would be best if I waited a little longer because they didn’t want to run my credit and it get turned down. Firstly, the original salesman said it was credit free which obviously wasn’t true but no big deal, I left. An hour later, I get a call from my agency saying they had ran my credit. Curious, I called back and was informed that they(not asking me) had decided to go ahead and try and would be in contact shortly. Day came and went with no callback. I called again the next afternoon and was told their computers were down and he would call me back soon. Again no callback. I called once again the following business day to get the same message that he was working on it and would call me back. Again, no call. Finally, I contact one more time for them to tell me they can’t do anything for me. Very unprofessional and highly disorganized. Not only did they run my credit after telling me they thought it would be best to wait, I had to hassle them just to get turned down. At the very least, a phone call would have been nice. Now I have an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit and no vehicle. STEER CLEAR!!

Stephen and David sold me my brand new 2015 Kia Forte. It had only 33000 miles on it. It took us all day but one thing about Stephen is hes not letting you leave without a car. The whole team is great.

Applied online to first class auto. Provided all requested information including income, etc. was called and said I had been pre approved and wanted to know what day I could come in. The day prior to my appointment I called to review info and make sure everything was ok. I was not gonna drive an hour and a half to the dealership to be told there was a problem. Well guess what there was an issue. They requested my wife and I income, bank statements. I provided these and was notified that we didn’t qualify now because our income was not enough. Guess it was good to find out the day before because it saved me a trip and aggravation. I was just curious and asked why were we pre approved on the income I provided on the application? It was the same amount that I submitted on the original application??? I was told that each person must have 2000 aMonth in income in order to qualify so for everyone that is considering First Class Auto Sales. Take the time to ask questions before you go to the dealership to save yourself some time an aggravation

We were really excited to use this place for my sons car. Called about a car issue (car would randomly not start) - over the phone, the manager said they could fix it, then we met with another manager and ALMOST had it toe’d over for $100. When we arrived they said they could NOT fix it. VERY SHADY MANAGEMENT - DO NOT USE!!

Management was very rude and unprofessional. Won’t be returning to look at any vehicles there. Was recommended this dealership previously and now my friend the recommended me car has broken down back to back. I didn’t even make it past the disregard for hospitality and genuine professional. Took vehicle back to dealership wensday morning before they opened and called to let them know why vehicle was there to have fix since it’s under warranty. Called back yesterday even was told guy didn’t call back and was told it was at the dodge dealership, now I’m calling an getting the run around, called dodge and dodge says they don’t have it now I have to call back an now there saying they couldn’t find an appointment an dodge freeland will look at it Monday. Frustrated because I put down on a car an I have work, kids an things to do and this is an inconvenience and we are getting the run around and attitudes for something we didn’t cause, didn’t even drive the car because we still had a rental at the time and upon taking the rental back the new car starts shaking and check engine light comes on. Hopefully this situation gets fixed fast and is more responsive and completed by Monday then I will change back to a 5.

Went to this car lot yesterday and I wont be back.No privacy in the office and everyone can hear your business. The manager in back office was very rude said he didnt have anything for me for $3000 come back when I had more money.I told the sales person I wanted to do buy here pay here and not go through the bank and she did it anyway! When the manager was talking to me it was like 4 other sales people just standing there listening.So unprofessional!!! Manager told me I wont be able to get a car from anybody because I let me old vehicle go back because it had broke down. They also told me I had to pay 50% of the vehicle price which would have been 10,000 down on 2013 Silverado..no deal! So if you only got a few thousand I advice you to go somewhere else

First thing you need to know about this dealership is that their 5 star reviews are obtained by offering buyers a free tank of gas for said 5 star review. My husband spoke with a representative of the company about a vehicle yesterday, even allowing them to review his credit for approval, which they gave him. He said we would be in today. We drove an hour and a half to the dealership. They had him complete a reference sheet, and never offered to take him to look at the vehicle.While we were waiting, the man in the back, who apparently handles the finalization of the sales was with other customers, laughing and cutting up about Puff puff pass (we had our children with us). When we were finally able to go talk to him, STILL not having seen the vehicle, he gets on the phone, and is obviously speaking about us, and other vehicles. He gets off the phone and asks what we want to buy, we told him which vehicle we were interested in, and he informs us that he sold it an hour and a half ago.SO, BUYER BEWARE, they are just trying to get you in the door to sell you something you A. Probably had no intention in buying, B. Probably not in the price range you were looking to buy in, and C. Waste your time.I would give them no stars if possible.

We bought a 2016 Buick Encore from here in early June 2020. We test drove the vehicle and it drove perfectly no issues whatsoever. Smooth ride. About 3 days after the purchase anytime you would turn the wheel a loud popping noise would happen and the wheels began making a sound as they turned. LUCKILY the vehicle was under Buick warranty so I took it to a local Buick dealership. The team looked over the vehicle and told me the vehicle had absolutely been wrecked. The struts were not even connected to the vehicle and needed to be replaced. The wheels were also feathered and in really bad shape. The warranty did not cover replacing the tires I will have to pay for that out of pocket. Luckily the struts being replaced was covered under the warranty.When we were buying the vehicle we wanted another vehicle. The salesman informed is the Lon company that had approved us would not approve on a vehicle that had been wrecked. Which is what led us to the Buick. The salesman states the vehicle had never been wrecked. I’m assuming he told the loan company this as well so they’d sign off on the purchase.The Buick dealership was adamant this vehicle had been wrecked and was wrecked “pretty heavily” at that. Now I signed as is papers. I know it was on me to know what I was buying. But I’m not a car person. I wouldn’t haven even known what to look for. I was trusting First Class Auto sales to be honest. And they weren’t. I know I’m stuck with the vehicle. And will continue to pay on it and uphold my obligations.I know if you have bad credit you need to come to a place like this to get your vehicle. Trust me, I understand. But PLEASE make sure your vehicle is under warranty with the manufacturer before you buy. If mine wouldn’t have been, I’d be out who knows how much money on a vehicle I financed for 16,000.The people who work here are nice, especially the young lady who rode with us on the test drive. But we feel we were lied too and sold a damaged vehicle at an extremely high price. When you make a purchase this big you want to feel good about it. You want to recommend others to go to this business. You want to be a returning customer. But in this case, I’m not able to do any of that.

Well first of all they said that I was approved for a car loan and that I didn’t have to put anything down on a car only to get there and have to put 3000 down on a car they lied just to get me there after talon with them several times making sure that the car loan they said I was approved for was really true on to get there and it wasn’t. They said I could use a drivers license or an ID just to find out that I would have to put money down I also have text messages stating that I was approved for the car loan and they had the money aside to put me in a car only again to find out that was all a lie

Giving 5 stars only to have people view this notably. I worked here for about a week and a half. Recently. I loved my coworkers, and the manager Steve made a great impression at first but little did I know what was next.He had no patience or regard for the employees he hired. Even myself. I was skeptical about working here because he recruited me from a Mexican market working as a cashier (due to losing my job for Covid-19). Was hardly interested but when I came in for my interview, he convinced me hed work diligently to teach me well and be successful. However, that was not the case. Ive never worked in car sales before. Had not an inkling of experience in this career. He hired two additional people after me. So it was a whole new staff again; I say again because the individual that works there has been there for 5 months and has seen a total of TEN PEOPLE come in and out. Youd think its because they werent good employees, or because they just werent interested in learning. But the truth is, this environment IS hostile. Training was NOT efficient; try to train 3 new people all at the same time without a system for everyone to follow through. They claim they have one but they do NOT. The business is slow due to the pandemic and the requirement for us to stay here was 3 car sales a week. Sounds realistic but it was not. Its a very simple job, however there is an extensive amount of critical information to learn thats expected out of you on the FIRST try. The average person learns new skills within 1-3 months. Thats why there is a probationary period in other places, correct? Here, ONE week. My two coworkers, 3 days, & 5 days. Two of us got let go, and the other quit on the spot when we left. Reason being? HE DID NOT GIVE US ONE. They tell you when a decision has been made, its already been discussed which means there is no changing their minds.He scolded my coworker, raised his voice, MADE HER CRY, & threatened to fire me if I kept making mistakes. When he upset my coworker I tried to talk to him to let him know we were all uncomfortable with how he was training us and addressing our mistakes. He was very demeaning AND misogynistic. They were also expecting us to market, and retrieve referrals via social media on our OWN ends. Which is fine, however were not being paid for marketing. Were being paid for salesmanship.He would state a business is a business, it doesnt matter who leaves or who stays. Which is true. Any successful businessman would say the same, a business that runs on its own is always the goal. But you have to think, a business is not a business without its employees.I understand that this may have been a casual environment, however many things were said and done that were inappropriate on the managers behalf. Did anyone oblige? Yes. Where are they now? Fired.I wanted to stay a little longer because of course I need income and thought perhaps I can make this into my career eventually, but this was very disappointing and disheartening to have been belittled, disrespected, and disregarded within a matter of days without ever taking our thoughts into consideration. Their turn over rate is so high. If this company is to be successful, it should definitely not only invest into salaries, but training properly and giving enough time to learn everything they want you to.Its uncomfortable hearing someone say Im paying for your salaries out of my pocket wed feel as if any day we could get let go. And sure enough, the day after speaking to Steve, all of us left. Except the one person whos been there for the past 5 months.Maybe the next group of employees will be up to par. Maybe the pandemic will diminish and increase their sales. And maybe they wont blame people to be incompetent when in fact they were just never trained properly to begin with.Im being told to blame this on the pandemic and not the business? No. There are witnesses. I will not remove the review. Instead, you should correct your mistakes and reconsider how you will train your future employees.

1st off let me start by saying Steve is 1st class. My credit isnt the best and he helped me get into the car of my choice. He and the staff went well above of what i expected. This purchasing process was just okay chaotic. The day after I got the car I noticed it felt weird. Took it to my mechanic and it needed new spark plugs ASAP! And there seemed to be some transmission issues. I called IMMEDIATELY. I kept getting told the owner or manager would call me back. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! I live 40 minutes from the dealership. I drove there 5 DAYS LATER just to get SOMEONE to talk to me. I was told basically sorry you bought the car that way we can’t do anything. Legally, that is a lie. I had the car 1 day and since then I haven’t been able to drive it. I will NEVER PURCHASE A CAR THERE NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The WORST PEOPLE AND DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!I am seeking legal advice to see what I can do to get something back for this.

I bought a a 2015 Nissan Rogue Select almost 3 years ago. Was happy with my purchase, but now im mad because I just got quoted a 5169.60 to get a transmission put in this Car which i dont have. These cars have a CVT TRANSMISSION WHICH ARE BAD. DONT GET A NISSAN ROGUE! THEY HAVE GOOD GAS MILEAGE, BUT TRANSMISSION ARE BAD. I HAVE ONLY 70,000 MILES ON MY CAR! TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO WITH THIS CAR THAT CANT DRIVE AND STILL MAKING CAR PAYMENTS!!

I purchased a vehicle here Feb 29th. June started having issues with the transfer case. Left a one star review. Had Steve call me wanting to know what was going on. I explained the situation about the transfer case. We talked about the optional warranty I had purchased. He told me if I took the review down he would send me a check for the deductible of the warranty. A few days later I found out the warranty wasnt going to cover the repair. So now Im looking at a $1700 repair bill on a vehicle I had bought 3 months prior and put maybe 5k miles on. Called Steve because I hadnt got the $100 check yet. He then tried to tell me if I had my Jeep towed all the way to his mechanics (2 hours from where I live) and hadnt taken it to my mechanic they could have got the warranty to cover it. Said he would call me back. Still hasnt called me back.I ended up paying the repair out of pocket. The jeep was in the shop almost a week. New transfer case. Picked it up from the shop July 6th. Went ahead and had the whole front end checked out wheel bearings, ball joints, and all. Now here it is Aug 4th. A blown head gasket. Something else I have to do with this vehicle.Total Ive spent so far in repairing a vehicle I bought from these people.$700 on new tires (I knew it would need tires before the purchase)$1700 on a transfer case (Because they didnt properly inspect the vehicle before selling it)And now what every this blown head gasket is going to cost me.If youre in a situation where you have to use a sub prime credit lender. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! Especially if youre trying to get in a reliable vehicle to make payments and work on rebuilding your credit.
