I needed a very large, custom shaped glass panel for a shower screen. Several shops insisted it couldn’t be done, wouldn’t fit, or simply never got back to me. Tom at Atlas glass exceeded all my expectations. He agreed that if my draft measurements were correct that they could do it. He WANTED to do it. He saw the same challenges I did and thrived on it. He measured, I double checked, he measured again, I double checked again….and then the largest piece of glass outside a skyscraper showed up along with 5 of Tom’s crew. Moving it through the doorways with less than an inch clearance sometimes was no small task, nor was rotating the panel, but it fits perfectly and it is amazing. Even better I thought the price was more than fair.

More than five months ago Atlas picked up my patio table to have the glass replaced. They told me to expect two to three weeks turnaround.Today, five months later, I got the table back. They blame the issue on the fabricators mistakes. I didnt hire the fabricator I hired Atlas. they seem like nice people but that didnt help. This was an extremely frustrating experience.My take is that there was no sense of urgency and extremely poor follow up on their part with the fabricator to push the project through to completion. The communication was terrible. I had to call nearly every week but most of the time they didt ans the phone and the mailbox was full. Really didnt get any follow up until I went to their office in person .I dont sense this is business they wanted. That would have been fine . they should not have accepted the job. They need to either find another fabricator or not take on business they dont want.I am going to pay them right away because that is the right thing to do. They should never have billed me. that would have been the right thing to do on their part. I guess we have different standards. Very poor business decision on their part.

They did an excellent job replacing the glass of all of our home furniture. 2 Credenzas, 1 China-3 full oval doors, plus 8 shelfs on each side, top for the dining room table. Arch mirrors for 2 bureaus & 1 head board, coffee & 2 end tables.

Tom came when he said he would and was able to replace shattered glass in our patio door. They were upfront regarding how long it would take to get the new glass in and once it was delivered, promptly scheduled a day to come install it. We are pleased with their work and communication.

I engaged Atlas Glass & Mirror early this month to install a glass partition in an opening in the wall of some loft space that allowed for sounds and music to pass through our home too readily. I was very impressed with the dispatch and efficiency that Jay and Tom Lubker of Atlas Mirror brought to this job. In a matter of 10 days, the space had been measured for an exact fit, the glass had been shipped, and Tom was in my home making it all happen. The sounds have now diminished on both ends of the house to reasonable decibel levels, and alls right in our home today. Would that all such transactions be as smooth as this one was with Jay and Tom.

I called Tom to give me an estimate on replacing my greenhouse window. His quote was fair, so we arranged to have work done. He delivered and installed glass as he promised in a timely manner. Atlas Glass & Mirror. came to give me an estimate for my new shower enclosure. They were on time for the estimate, they were on time for the install and called a half hour before they arrived. The shower looks great! Both estimator and installers were polite and professional. They werent the cheapest out of all of the estimates i got but they also werent the most expensive. Time is money for me, so glad I used them!

Repeatedly made false promises to me for 2 weeks, Tom came to my house and took the measurements but never send me the estimate for work, called him 4 times and every time he promised he will send it as soon as he is back to his desk but never received estumare in other words he never got back to his desk in 2 weeks.Dont waste your time.

Very unprofessional work and customer service. They were very interested in the beginning and doing all fast, but after they installed me a shower glass door it looked pretty ugly and I noticed rubber seals are in different color: all brown on right door side and gray on the left side. They promised to fix it, but never did. It been already passed 3 weeks and now they stopped answering my e-mails and phone calls...

Ordered a few items from Atlas, they may not be the fastest but, product ordered was perfect and we had no issues. Will order again and will recommend to others.

Im not sure how to get a quote from this company. Guy came out to take measurements and ever since Ive been waiting 6 weeks and with each phone call to check in, I get an excuse about the weather and another week goes by without a quote. Strange way to do business.
