Great store with lots of bargains...

I really enjoy Roses today. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I had a hard time getting my wife out of the store. And after spending much more than we planned we left the store satisfied.

Its a good experience overall to be able to find what youre looking for in a safe environment and helpful and pleasant employee service. The cashier we had was really upbeat and went above and beyond with customer service. Makes you feel good about wanting to return as a shopper.

I was using the atm nearby when I saw plants outside and had to stop. I didn’t know roses sold plants! Well the employee named Jamie that was out there watering the plants was very kind, personable, and helpful when I walked up! She let me know the varieties roses carry, what’s coming in next, etc. she was awesome! I will be back and hope to see her. 😊

I have been frequenting this store for a while now and what I saw the other day its unacceptable!!!! The shoe department looked like a hurricane came through.... if someone had an accident in this department, at this time, they could have sued the corporation!!!! Without your customers, there would be no Roses....I think we deserve better....

Bathrooms are not clean.

Today I had a super bad experience! With a floor manager name Steve, I order a rug like 2 weeks ago and supposed get in 7 days but dint so I went to the store to ask what was my order status and the Steve was very rude don’t even let me finish me talk when he was already been so rude very unacceptable then after I told him that I’ll find some one else can help me he start to fallow me in the store I did feel so uncomfortable that I left the store right awayAlso before me try to talk to this guys he was yelling and talking very rude and disrespectful at one of his employees in front of all the customers that was shopping there at the time, it was overall was a very bad experience

I really like the store, but the cashier could have been way more friendly. After she got done checking me out she didnt say a thing to me, and actually turned her back to me the second my stuff was bagged. It was a pretty cold interaction. Bummer. She also didnt even give me my receipt.

I didnt go inside but my family members did and they couldnt find what they were looking for. (A dress)

This store is way better than the one thats in Sanford, it has better deals here & furniture.

The pricing here is very competitive. Whether youre looking for certain furniture, decor, clothes, or grocery shopping you can find it here. It similar to me as a Big Lots.

This was my 2nd time at this location. 1st time was saturday and the cashier was very polite. I hang my clothes up and i asked for the hangers and she told me i could have them because they throw them away anyway. Today i brought my other daughter there to get her some clothes and the cashier Jeannine was angry from the jump. I asked her can i keep the hangers and she said No they recycle them but she asked another worker rudely and they said yes. You would think it was over... Not. She went on and on about how they pay for the hangers and its coming out their paycheck etc... Very rude very rude. I asked for a manager but she was pretty much on her side so i will go to corporate. Wont shop there again. Customer service should be served with a smile not a frown.

Spent way too much but was happy with my purchases! Got a $15.00 grill cover (60”) for $5.99... Every penny counts!!!

First time at this store, couldnt believe the selection of items they carry at great prices, definitely a place I will return to, great employees also.

I go here for everything on my shopping list from clothes to home goods and even pet supplies. The prices are reasonable and cant be beat on a budget.

Lots of deals to be had here. Its always something different here. The staff is rude and avoids customers. I guess the prices make up for that.

The best thing about this Roses is that it has layaway​😊. Can never find alot of boy clothes for my son here,and alittle messy too!

I went to Roses looking for a navy colored necklace and earring set, and a purse; neither of which they had, so I brought some candy and left.

Hadnt been to a Roses before. Its an experience, Ill say that much.

To get some cheap/heavily discount clothings, this is the place to go. Dont expect good service from staff members though.
