I love this store. Kelly is amazing and stretched my wedding cowgirl boots to fit my feet. They came out perfect. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection of western wear. The best western shop in the four corners!

I like the selection of clothing they have. These days the styles of jeans for men is just ridiculous. If you dont wear tight jeans, you cant find any. Boot barn helped and thats what I appreciate. A little pricey but what ever.

This place is arguably the best clothing retailer from here to Sante Fe. The selection is spot on for the diverse demographic in the region and the lay out is very comfortable, appealing and very well thought out. The primary staff (both managers and their immediate support) are phenomenal with a professionalism matching a doctors office in addition to having charming personalities. They have been most helpful while picking out $1k+ worth of clothing and boots which was not always strait forward on their end requiring advanced ordering and return procedure in addition to patience. I feel that by using my Boot Barn rewards card, receiving points with my purchases then paying it off I received the very best value for my money spent. I will be referring all friends and family to this and all other Boot Barn locations.

Great selection of leather work boots. Steel toe, composite toe. My last boots lasted a year. Could have lasted longer if Id kept up on the conditioning of the leather. Only did it twice during the year.

Tried to return a pair of Carhartts that the store mislabeled. They were WAY to big. The store manager would not exchange the pants for the correct size. Now out $50, and have a pair of pants that can never wear. Will not go back to this store EVER. Too bad too, used to shop there often as a rewards member. Will do all my shopping online, and NOT through Boot Barn.

The restroom are nasty. Im not being dramatic but died flies on the floor and on the sink table. The toilets has ring stains. Multiple employees and nobody came up to help me. The boot I wanted was a little rough looking. So, I wanted to new pair. The first employee wasnt sure if they have any. The second employee said they dont have another pair. I mean they could have checked in the back to make sure. They just seemed lazy to me. When I was checking out the employee just threw my boots in the bag. As if it was rough enough.

I am a first time visitor to Boot Barn website, and I just ordered some beautiful dresses from from them. Theres like twelve or more pages of just dresses!My daughter is getting married on July 27th, and I need the perfect dress for her outdoor country Colorado wedding. I found my dress on the BB website after searching several other sites; turning up option-less.I called their customer service, because I was having trouble checking out. I spoke with Shawanda, and she was extremely helpful! She was friendly and personable, and she gave me free UPS shipping as a courtesy, because their web site was in a funk.I will definitely shop again with Boot Barn online. My experience today was exemplary.Customer service should always be like this, but unfortunately today it is not the norm. Way to go Boot Barn! I am a very happy customer :)

We ordered a hat for our sons birthday in November and it has been almost 4 month and we still have not received the hat. It was promised to us that it would take about 3 weeks. I will never order anything from Boot Barn again. The only help I received from the manager was sorry, it is still with the manufacturer and I am not sure how long it will be till we receive it. We had to pay half of the hat for a down payment already.

Spent a few minutes checking out some coveralls w/o finding anything with a waist under 46, the employee helping an older couple five feet away didnt even acknowledge my existence- add a large price tag for what is basically a heavy duty sack shaped like a person and I just walked out...

I used to love going to this store and love all of the employees that work here besides the manager.... he’s disrespectful, doesn’t seem to know much about anything in the store, I called this morning to speak to the manger and he hung up on me half way through the conversation. I am very disappointed. I’m not surprised all of the employees are leaving.

Lady had no idea how to stretch my hat when I came back all she did was put a stretcher in it for 10 min didnt even steam it small selection of boots most were low quality
