This store has a fairly large floor area but not a lot of hard parts. A NAPA Auto parts store should be the place where you go to get real auto parts not mouse milk. This location is dedicated to purely professionals and not the typical shade tree mechanic. It used to be that you could go to one Napa parts store and be sure you were getting an OEM quality part but they came out with their budget line of parts so you have to make sure that you buy the better one rather than the budget line.Their prices are competitive with the mouse milk stores like OReilly and the like. In addition these guys know a hell of a lot more about cars than your typical OReilly counter clerk.

Most important, knowledgable personnel to help you find what your looking for. Well laid out store with lots to choode from for your automobile needs. If they dont have it in inventory, delivery is usually on the next day.

Walked in here on a Thursday morning and place was empty. Counter person did not acknowledge my presence so I wondered through the store till I found the transmission fluid I was looking forFixtures and products were dusty so I guess they dont sell a lot. Place was dimly lit so not very inviting.Took my two bottles to the counter and still not acknowledged. He charged me for one and seemed shocked when I pointed this out to him.By this time I was not expecting a thank you and never got one...Not going back here unless an emergency demands it.

Closes at 5pm M-Sa. Owner is knowledgeable, and currently manning the counter. Good selection of parts.

Older white haired male cashier would not allow me to return an item I purchased the same day. He said opened packages cannot be returned. The receipt doesnt mention this no return policy. I wasted my money on a part that wasnt compatible. Several items are out of stock, very slow service, and the store is small and messy. The OREILLY Auto parts stores in Dublin are a far better option. I wont make the mistake of going to Napa Auto Parts again.

Great service and lots of parts in stock. NAPA is my go to when I need parts now. They also have large containers or anti seize compound and di electric grease which is cheaper than buying little packets. This NAPA did not have the OEM GM spark plugs I needed but they found them at another NAPA and sent me there. Each NAPA is franchised so kind of like sending me to a competitor.
