Presented order for an estimate. Emailed graphics and specs. No follow up. Zero communication. If they didnt want to do the order, they should have just said so. Disorganized and messy. Owner ate a sandwich while we talked. This place sucks.

Stopped by to ask a question and because of COVID there was no counter service and was greeted by a man with no mask on and an eye roll telling me to go to Staples and closed the door. Very rude!!

Working with Joe at Minuteman has been great. As a professional photographer I had calendars printed, and everything was seamless and perfect; the price, the design team, the turnaround time, and especially the quality of the final product. Its been great to have a local printer that you know and trust to do quality work. Thanks for your help :)

I place An order on Friday invoice number is 90183 but it was late they said i will get my order by Tuesday but i got it by Thursday, 2nd my flyers size were wrong, i took my flyer with me but they printed A4 size flyer, when i called and complaint manger, he yelled at me and said he is been doing this for 20 years he is not wrong, and he cant fix his mistake and hung up on me twice. i even sent them the picture of my flyer when i place my order, they still made it wrong so i wont suggest their services, even they offer it for free because they will waste ur time and money......

These People suck, Women Who works there ( Wendy Devereaux) she does not know anything she does not pay attention when she takes order. i gave them my flyer but they still made my order wrong even i gave them flyer, Manger is rude he, didnt want to compensate me, wont recommend there service
